@TheBv777 No, I'm not going to make similar videos for MB5 and MB6. After doing the same thing three times in Memory Block 4 you should know the drill by now. Just go to the Middle District (the blurry part on your map), find a tower with a circling eagle, climb, sync, you're done. You don't need me to hold your hand anymore.

@TaylorGoins Wait until Memory Block 4 and just walk into the Rich District. Then play until Memory Block 5 and you will be able to walk into the Middle District. In this video I entered the Rich District on the rooftops but you can do so at street level also.

@MrChupachaps The video was recorded on Xbox. Players experience the same problem on PS3. Ubisoft realized that tons of players were getting stuck here and "fixed" the problem for the PC version by putting one View Point on the map in each new district.

@blacky3llow There will be a blue wall to the south, blocking the Middle District until MB5. You can see it behind the View Point in the second half of this video. The blue wall to the west should be down now in MB4.

Try to follow the path exactly as shown, starting from the roof of the Bureau. If that doesn't work, go to your map and place your user marker in the middle of the Rich District. Use your GPS to home in on it. Then find any Viewpoint with a circling eagle.

@TheDragonKnightz That's what happens when you've already spoken to him. Just go and find a viewpoint in the Rich District. I included the dialogue for your information, but it isn't necessary to talk to the Rafiq when first arriving in town.

@AGrumpyKitty There's this one guy who doesn't like this video because it often gets linked in forums in reply to someone who is stuck. He wants an opportunity to answer the question himself by typing out the answer longhand every time. Or something like that. I'm not sure what his problem is.

i was writing a good tip about this but autoplay turned on automatically again. i'm too pissed to rewrite another post. memory block 4 has a lof these invisible viewpoints, but they are usually found at the edge of the border.

@ExploringBeyond In Memory Blocks 4, 5 and 6, new districts are unlocked. Initially all Viewpoints in a fresh district are "invisible" as you say. You only need to find one Viewpoint and sync it to expose the locations of all the other Viewpoints in that district. It doesn't matter which Viewpoint you sync first. I chose the one closest to the bureau in order to keep this video concise.

@rayyancooldude98 Investigations will appear on your map as you sync the nearby viewpoints. In fact, there's an Informer on my map at 1:57 in this video (blinking just west of Altaïr).

The Viewpoints you need to sync are not on your map. You have to go to the Rich District and find a Viewpoint manually (look for a circling eagle). This video shows you where one is but you can choose any Viewpoint.

As far as the Rafiq at the Bureau, I think you're mistaken. He's always there. If there's nobody behind the desk, that's a glitch I've never heard about.

I use a settop DVD recorder (standalone component in my entertainment center). Route the video from Xbox through DVD-R to TV and play in standard def. Then it's record, finalize, rip on computer, edit and upload.
