Yes it is. Chet was showing him a magic trick. (Which I'm sure, is one that rick had previously taught him. (Like me, Rick is a pretty butt kicking magician!))

Anyway, my guess is that Rick taught Chet the effect, and Chet then showed it back to Rick to see if he caught on. That's my best guess.

I'm sure you saw the video on the web of Chet showing the magic trick to Bill Anderson?
