Yes sure it will..a generation on the horizon led by Chivu.I'm English but was a fan in 1994 mainly for Hagi's magic. We had hoped he would come play at Tottenham along with Dumi and Popescu, but went to Barca to join Romario and Stoichkov.. I dont know about Lucescu, a 'sensible' coach like Iordanescu is needed, to balance flair and organisation.
