No. Costs will go up, not down, as the cost of the massive government bureaucracy will be added to the medical costs. And all those costs will be paid for by seizing money right out of workers salaries.

the problem with public health care and our nanny society is it's just like spoiling your kids.  if you don't work for something, why should you get it...if your child doesn't do his/her homework, do you treat them with desert, no...American's already pay for welfare, why pay for the non-worker's health care also

It happens everyday. what are these hard working people supposed to do? People with severe disabilities, including mental disabilities, that are unable to work, should they not get healthcare either?
