  • lmao ...ive been marriead ..to a stallion for 20 years...ok im on bacardi tonight...hic up..............bi polar too........ sorry i deserve a watch that plays a nice tune...agggh sorry all

  • I knew the part with the train was really him laying there. Holy shit that's nuts.

  • jeez clint sounds so young

  • once upon a time in the west !!!!

  • There are two types of westerns my friend. The Americans the good, and Sergio Leones the best

  • lol goddamn spaniard

  • Nice.

  • 9:22 - would Clint just have died from that rock?

  • @Mixarenan No-but the ROCK would've...

  • OMG! Thank you so much! I've been searching for a documentary piece on this movie for a long time! :-D

  • 0:44 hahahhaha rope breaks with eli on his back for a mile hahahahhahahahahhaaa

  • the bridge story is priceless.

  • Eli Wallach = Tuco Benedicto Pacifico Juan Maria Ramirez forewer!

  • C this for free weedmovies.info

  • Does anyone notice that as the bridge is blowing up a hunk of metal or stone that misses Eastwood by a about a foot and slams so hard into a sandbag that it knocks it askew. That could have ended the movie.

  • @lmbullock522 - I saw that too...there must be a story behind that...so the eli is not the only one who almost got killed XD

  • I have never seen such a clip before. One of my friend on RentaAFriend. com send me this clip. I am thankful to him.

  • actor eli didnt even get any royalties after the film and i think clint still does. thats just wrong!!!!!!!!!!! without eli, this film would be just another paint your wagon

  • i Love tuco fuckin love em

  • What is this documentary from? Id REALLY love to see the entire thing. Or any other Documentaries about this movie...

Does anyone know what this is called? Or anything?

    PLEASE!

  • @subslament This is from "The Leone Style", one of many mini-documentaries on a bonus disc from "The 2-disc DVD Collector's Set" version of GBU, released about 2007.

I highly recommend getting this version of GBU if you ever wanna buy this film. The sound is in stereo, the features are wonderful, and it even comes with several little posters of GBU from different countries. It's DEFINITELY worth a "few dollars more". :)

  • clint and eli are a great duo

  • Did anybody ever get Lee Van Cleef's views on the film. HIs Angel Eyes character was the best bad-ass ever!

  • @dancinkindofguy Unfortunately Van Cleef died many years before they got the documentary together. He died on December 16, 1989. :(

  • @CaptMARNEY Thanks, I didn't know realize he was gone by then. I wonder if he ever did a biography where he talked about any of this.

  • @dancinkindofguy It's not fair that he died so early on. He was a fantastic actor.

  • That rock nearly took Clint's head off

  • look one bastard goes in anothor comes out

  • not just thee best western...its the best movie ever made!

  • why poison in the bottle?

  • it wasn't poison, it was acid

  • Spanish, Italian, American, ...etc etc.

ALL THREE factors (countries) conspired to give the world one of the best movies (note I did not just say "best WESTERN movie") of all time.

Great Spanish scenery plus great actor extras.

Italian director (Leone, influenced by Japanese director Kurosawa) able to dismiss Hollywood's sanitized versions of westerns and create a true masterpiece.

American actors (Eastwood, Van Cleef, and in particular, Wallach) to complete the "Trifecta of a Classic".

  • For me this is the real deal western. Not the phony ass John Wayne crap. This is grit, texture, guns dust and dirt. Love every second of this film. This movie is like good cooking made with love.

  • john wayne was a fuckin gay ass fag. cant believe people watched that crap...

the good, the bad & the ugly best movie of all time.

    and im 23 years old^^

  • I wouldn't go that far. But i just personally like the style of the SWrns. The Wayne era was a different time of film making. With Sergio everything is amplified so much more and exaggerated. It underscores the drama that much more.

  • @TehKazangsta "John Wayne was a fuckin gay ass fag"...? If you're 23 and talking about people like that you need to grow up

  • @tabanorama yup he sure was, and it seems, so are you my friend....

  • @TehKazangsta Grow up

  • @tabanorama aww that all u got man...? well dont bump your pussy on the way out the door then...

  • @TehKazangsta I don't really dig having e-fights with retards. Being a chick, I'll do my best. reply when your balls have finally dropped. Peace :)

  • @tabanorama id rather have a face to face fight anytime, but thats the problem with inet retards, like u said. thats why i get pissed easily.....

  • @TehKazangsta

23 and yet you have no fucking clue what you're talking about, watch the searchers sometime idiot

  • at 5:32, why is there a confederate soldier....

  • Holy shit, look at 9:21 -9:23..that piece of rock would of hit em....that was close

  • Eastwood looks really cool :-0

  • Great clip...Think I'll favorite that one!

  • poor Eli/Tuco.he gave so much to the role.deserved an oscar for his performance alone.

  • @ThundaLippz So? Did not getting an Oscar take anything away from Eli's genius performance? Absolutely NOT! Does anyone remember who got the Oscars that year? We'd probably have to look it up somewhere but even a 5 year old would know about Tuco to this day! Awards are just dumb plastic trinkets people wearing white collars decide to give out to look superior. It's the movie or piece of art form itself that transcends time!

  • @ThundaLippz useless ocsar doesnt deserve to be a ssociated with this MASTERPIECE

  • Comparing this to american westerns, like "Young Guns", make them (the american westerns) fade...

    Masterpiece.

  • haha leone wasnt trying to kill me--i wasnt done filming yet!!

    so funny

  • Eli how I loved his character of Tuco and grew up on it. So stupid of me how I would watch him on "God Father Series" of movies and never put the two together that he was Tuco! He got old quick. Man they just dont make movies like this any more... "Eeeho Di Grand Puta!" Man thanks for posting this. Truly a American Classic by a Great Italian Director! We miss you Sergio the closest thing we have now is "Robert Rodriguiz"

  • not an american classic...it's an italian film shot in spain with mostly spanish actors, a few italian and the 3 main stars being american.....

if you like gbu try watching the 2nd best western ever made...by leone of course...the epic once upon a time in the west..also an italian spagetti western with 3 american stars, fonda,bronson,robards..no tuco unfortunately but classic none the less its from 1968 two years after gbu..hope this helps you rookies out there peace out

  • Rookie? I doubt it. I was actually around when the movie came out in 66 I am well versed and educated on the facts about the film and why they were called "spaghetti" westerns (Not Spelled spegetti as you spelled it) I know it was filmed in spain as my family is from there I am basque myself. I totally know who Sergio is and show his daughter is. I know all his epic films "Once Upon a time in america" and so on. Sorry but this film is a american classic as its the bread and butter of "Americana"

  • it just happens to be filmed by a italian. But its still a Americana piece of history Its not a piece of Italian culture. Its a piece of American heritage and culture.

  • It's directed by an italian, the music was made by an italian, the screenplay written by two italians, and it was filmed in spain with a mainly spanish crew!

Doesn't sound very american does it? :)

  • they did their own stunts

i did not know that cool

  • Tuco was brilliant in the godfather as well .. he's such an awsome actor !

  • What is his name in Godfather? what role did he play ?

  • don Altobello

  • ummm.....part 2?

  • eli stole the show in this film.

    blondie..........you son of a bitch!!!

  • Must see movie, *****, they blew the fuck out of that bridge.

  • let me explain something to all .. eli wallach rules and he played tuco great and the g.b.and the ugly is the best western ever made period stuff all others up your ass wayne included

  • love Eli Wallach's (ugly) voice i was surprised when i saw him in the movie Misfits also he's a great actor

  • My all time fav western by far....

BLONDIIIIIIIIIEEEE U KNOW WHACHA ARE ?????

  • haha they had to rebuild the bridge

  • when I was a kid I saw this movie 20 times I still love it today, its still my favorite movie

  • Best Western ever made!!!

  • @Giotiner Don't overlook "The Outlaw Josey Wales". Its either tied or a very close second.

  • My favorite Western of all time, and probably my favorite movie of all time along with Cool Hand Luke and Stalag 17.

  • lose the stalag 17 horseshit and add one flew over the cuckoo's nest and you got my top 3.......deliverance if we are aloud 4...

  • One of the greatest films ever made. In the original Halliwell's Film Guide this did not even get one star, this has now thankfully been amended!

  • awsome :D I really enjoyed it

  • Have you a italian veresion? thanks

  • From what documentary is this piece?

    Thanks.

  • I was jsut telling my fiance last night, with all the good movies made over time, even special effect great moveis like Lord of the Rings, this movie, the good the bad and the ugly, is still my choice for favorite of all time. I don't even have to think about it.

  • Wow! thats cool! I was a 7 year old boy when my dad woke me up one night to come and watch a"good western" with him on TV. That was 1975 and I wanted to be just like Clint Eastwood. I still am in awe from that movie. It was and is a timeless epic, I watch it on dvd when I need to get my fix!! thanx for posting!

  • must be one of the best all time movies especially as it was made so long ago .... fantastic acting and superb lines ........ I dont know why it doesnt seem to feature in the all time top 5 in the film charts

  • I had the privilage of meeting Eli in 2005, he gave a lecture promoting his new autobiography and mentioned to the attendees most of these anectdotes. He will be 92 in November!
