@MojowidanAK I'd recommend Disgaea Hour of Darkness (or its ports Disgaea Afternoon of Darkness and Disgaea DS) and Disgaea 2 Cursed Memories (or its port Disgaea 2 Dark Hero Days) to you, both are really good game being the first two Disgaea games. And 2 is my personal favorite, but this game may change that.
