  • Great Videor review!

Im buying the NOIR exhaust. I do alot of highway miles and looking for something not too loud.

  • well, it doesnt matter if that AC is turned on LOW or HIGH, if its to ON then its freakin "ON" cuz once that knob is turned passed the ON point, that compressor is gonna be kicking on and off no matter what. the knob basically tells the compressor "hey, ur gonna be working so tell the fan/blower what to do so that i dont have to"..............PERIOD

  • thanks. I'm prolly gonna get this exhaust, unless a good deal comes up

  • i posted on your other vid but since im here i just wanna make sure you get it...does this exhaust provide decent gains? Or would I be better off going with one of the other ones slightly louder? did u ever dyno it? I know you said you got rid of the Si, but any feedback would be awesome..

Brother, I'm not sure how much of a gain I got on just the exhaust alone. The butt-dyno says it picked up maybe 4-5hp and a little torque. By far, the header AND the exhaust both made one hell of a difference. Enough so that I had to re-figure the amount of gas I gave the car coming out of tight corners. Even though I was using the FlashPro with their canned tune, I knew there was more HP to be had. I had a custom tune done and ended up putting down 218/179 or something around there.

Ran outta room lol....anyway, after doing the header (cat delete) and Apexi Noir Exhaust, I would be willing to bet that for N/A cars, you wouldn't see much, if any, of a gain using a much louder 3" exhaust. If you plan on going Forced Induction, turbo or supercharged, I would go ahead and get the larger diameter exhaust. If you don't see yourself dropping that kinda coin on a Civic, then the Apexi Noir is a solid choice.

  • you just convinced me to get apex brawski

  • Question, how well can you see cornering to the left in the Civic SI? Do the A-Pillars get in your way?
