Awesome video. In my own personal veiw, this is still the mighty Dismember's best full-length to date. It has everything that there is to offer for old school Swedish death metal. Not all black metal is Norwegian. I don't see bands like Profanatica (one in a small handful of good USBM bands. Check em out on Hells Headbangers) running around in the forest. For me, the Norwegian scene has gone to shit. Nothing but a bunch of trendy assholes nowadays. Few bands over there such as Darkthrone and Nocturnal Breed keep the real meaning alive. Why Can't kids nowadys think of Sarcófago, (early)Bathory, (early)Samael, Blasphemy, Hellhammer, Bestial Warlust when it comes to black?

I used to listen to In Flames, Dark Tranquillity, Lamb of God, etc. They bored me and I was curious about the early Swedish Death scene before the Gothenburg metal bands were formed. After I discovered the old school Swedish Death Metal bands like Entombed, Dismember, Unleashed, I was amazed. It took me a short time to get into them. Just a few minutes of Entombed's song, Living Dead. It's the same feeling I get when I listen to Slayer. Raw n' dirty, old school thrash/hardcore punk vibe stuff.

Trivium are really weak and generic and In Flames lost everything they had going for them after Colony and Clayman. If you gave it a chance maybe you would understand. Death metal isnt something you everybody instantly love but i bet if you tried you would like it. Try Amon Amarth or Dark Tranquility, alot of melodies but still pretty brutal. And they have great vocalists.
