@Juanisdope the island of pohnpei in micronesia is actually the only island in the world that was able to successfully fight a colonizer off by their own smarts and manpower in the colonizing period. I suggest you do your reasearch more carefully. Not to mention it should be easier for the bigger islands seeing as they also have the bigger populations. Nothing to be proud of anyway. We should be defending our island brethren, not fighting them grudgingly.
