Yeah I enjoyed this I find that snake really sucks once he's airborn and dedede sucks/ fails against most when trying to get footing back on the stage. Also I don't know if you care or not but I was recently pitted against DOC on smashboards who had recently won fan expo's brawl tourney. offline play is different from online play. You cant just spam moves and hope its laggy enough that it will ko your opponent. Normally 90% of the things that will connect online wont work offline.

And to answer your question, offline tourneys are usually get togethers in a certain building(it can be some1's house i suppose, but normally it is held at an anime shop, arcade shop, arcade and the big ones are held at conventions. dunno if you were serious, but theres your answer.
