Tip: cup your hands like he said, no holes around your hands except your mouth peiece... Now what he failed to explain that (your mouth should NOT cover the whole mouth piece, just half of it with your lips.) Im a expert on this I do it all the time. Just remember dont sqeeze your hands together to hard, just make a cup and blow slow.
