What means or instruments they use to check the twist locks strength cause these rusty twisted locks are made by local road side "karigars" & 90% of such locks are not reliable and when a truck / trailer takes a sharp bend or tilts on either side and pressure of 20 to 25 tons weight is applied they are torn like a piece of paper. so all what is shown is this video is just a PR effort but in reality not helping save lives, legislation and equipment is required to ensure reliability of such locks

I dont know why in PAKISTAN they realize after ACCIDENTS ! and losses of  deaths ! when there are RULES and RESULATION in every Port cities then they adopt always AT LAST ! any ways atleast they DID ! ..............Thanks you so much for POSTING this video ! hope IT MUST CONTINUE to ensure that container has LOCKs
