@mi805 Depends, I was on 125kg and did a daily 4-KM run ( 20- 40 min workout ), while having/carrying large amounts of weight with you, you will create muscles but also lose fat. This will only occur when ur above 100 KG. Once ur below you will need legweights.
Hey, nice video! I don't have a gym membership (don't feel like the 20 minute driving out of the way everyday and the money) and stuff like this is really helpful in motivating me to get off my fat butt (really out of shape right now) and try to lose some weight. Thanks!
