  • Thank goodness the "witch hunt" is over, now poor Casey can get on with her life! ;o)

  • Great to see that apparently hearsay has such sway in our judicial system....all the other evidence just goes out the window, right?

  • Comment removed

  • Every word here, exact. I invite you to read a thesis on what may have happened to Caylee. Written by the Facebook page owner called "Only Idiots Think Casey Anthony is Innocent." It is saved into note form on my own Facebook page called 'Petitions Against Casey Anthony Clearinghouse.' The piece is approx 1/2 way down the page and is entitled 'THIS IS A REMARKABLE POTENTIAL ACCOUNT.' The author has a credible idea why the gas cans were so important. She needed fuel to run the A/C in the car 24/7

  • I would agree that first degree is a standard that the prosecution might not have met; however, I do believe that Anthony should have been convicted of the lesser charges. I don't agree with a full acquittal. There was certainly enough evidence there to indicate she was intimately involved, but nothing that proves premeditated murder.

  • I'd rather watch NCIS, and know that an innocent wasn't convicted, instead of a lynch mob like we have in this country! That can't except the out come of this case.

  • One could argue that there may have been a 'small' amount of doubt that she did it, but BEYOND reasonable doubt?.......NO WAY! They could have convicted her of murder even with 'so called' circumstantial evidence', but I'm thinking this jury wanted to be 100% sure before having someone put to death.

  • Right! I agree. I believe she is guilty, but with so much deception/confusion, it wasn't proven to the appropriate standard.

  • It's this generation and the 'It's all about me' syndrome. Now it's to the point they think they could end someone's life just cause they think they don't fit in with their plan. Too busy, too selfish, too insane.

  • HEY DIPSHIT SHE'S NOT GUILTY!!!! THATS WHAT THE TRIAL WAS FOR TO DETERMINE THAT AND SHE WAS PROVEN NOT GUILTY!! Stick your opinions in your black hole, the whole case against her was as strong as opinions, piss weak! SHE'S INNOCENT!! MOVE ON DICK HEAD!!

  • @BeeRocket2010 wow you were one of the brain dead circus monkey's that was on the jury... holy fuck open your fucken eyes

  • @a10lber I don't have to now cuz, the trials over, im celebrating you can piss and moan suffering needlessly cos its not gunna change a thing, the people against casey LOST

  • @BeeRocket2010 I had a party myself!!! Cause you know had it gone the other way this whole dam country would be having a party! While an innocent woman is put to death!

  • @lotrdarkque AWESOME OH ITS GOOD TO KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY ONE. THE JURY DID THEIR JOB PROPERLY MAN! IM SOOO HAPPY FOR HER. LIKE YOU SAY IF THE WHOLE COUNTRY HAD IT THEIR WAY AN INNOCENT WOMAN WOULD ROTT IN PRISON UNTIL HER DEATH SENTINCE IS CARRIED OUT. ON TOP OF DEALING WITH THE DEATH OF HER DAUGHTER.

  • @a10lber "ooo ooo ooo uhhh uuhh gimme that bannana Casey!"

  • worst injustice since Manny Pacroid Pacquiao took Floyd Mayweather to court on fake charges of defamation! Horrible!

  • @dwyer70905 Also, why were certain witnesses and evidence pertinent to the case not included in the state's case?...like the fight between Casey and the mom the night before she left with the baby, Leonard Padilla and assoc.who spent time with the family after she was bailed out of jail....one of his associates spent time with Casey during this time said the father was screaming at her demanding where Caylee was..and wasn't it proven that the mom perjured herself regarding the searches?

  • @dwyer70905 I have a legal query regarding the case. What's the difference between 'not guilty' and 'innocent' ? Since the verdict, it seems a distinction has been made between the two. I would like to hear your thoughts on the matter. Thanks.

Also, in my opinion, I think that if there is substantially strong circumstantial evidence, a jury can come to a reasonable conclusion of guilt. I think this was a factor in the case.

  • With the death penalty, I think possibly a person might actually be getting off easier and I don't believe in it for other reasons as well. Better to spend the rest of your life with no parole in prison being treated like dirt. Then again, some simply walk away free....strange world we have.

  • casey u are so hot i want u to have my kids !! i am in love with u casey !!

  • Part 4. help him, lied for him, trained him to answer all questions, that would lead the investigation cold. Such as in Casey's case, she might get into another situation that her father may not be able to get her out of.

  • Part 3. the investigation, prosecuting team, etc. They did not find evidence that tied her father to the case. Casey is out, and it is a difficult situation. I am sadden over it all. How one incident can cause so much damage to everyone involved. However, I think Casey will continue, and the trouble that she might get into in the future, she may not get out of. Her father may not have the pull, connections, the ability to cover up, like in this case. Joron Van Der Sloot's father helped him

  • Part 2. Attorney Jose Baez did an exceptional job, another dream team, evolving in a way in which attorneys will defend cases. He created doubt, intelligent, connecting with the jurors, mastering different areas and perspectives at once. Now, they are questioning the court so that the jurors names have to be released. I think that is such a mistake. If they CHOOSE to talk, and CHOOSE to come out, that decision should be their's alone. My opinion? The failure was with the investigation,

  • I think the failure in a conviction for Casey Anthony, was based upon the failure of the investigators, different perspectives not viewed, failure on the side of the prosecuting attorneys, etc.. Her father, like Joron Van Der Sloot case, helped cover her crime. Joron Van Der Sloot's father had 1 week to dispose of evidence and Casey's father had 1 month. Casey's explanations, lies were comical. And these lies helped to avoid finding the body, and losing forensic evidence forever.

  • I agree with you. The jurors did the right thing. They did not let their emotions overrule their brains.

  • ATTENTION: ALL PRISONERS, PLEASE "SHANK" CASEY ANTHONY WHILE SHE'S STILL IN JAIL!!! ATTENTION: ALL GANG BANGERS, PLEASE "TAKE CARE" OF THE JURORS, AND THE ENTIRE DEFENSE TEAM!! THE CASE MAY BE CLOSED, BUT PRIVATE JUSTICE LIVES!!

  • Great video and great insight. I just have one question for you. You said that when a witness lies/is not credible concerning key facts, you can discard everything that witness says. I believe that to be true. What I don't understand is why the fathers relationship with the so called mistress have anything to do with the murder itself. How come it's such a key fact that makes everything he says not credible?

  • The scary thing is she can still have more kids, there should be some form of chemical castration for her, she should never be able to have kids again. But sad to say that wont stop her.

  • The jury gave their verdict, I don't agree w/it. Think the Anthonys tried to protect their daughter but I don't think they were involved during the death. George Anthony was a retired police investigator, I think he would have went about that cover up much differently if he was involved. Think he would used duct tape out of his own garage? Or have Casey borrow a shovel?

It doesn't surprise me that he says it was an accident, that's what any parent trying to protect their kid would say.

  • You said dad lied more than one occasion and that he was not a credible witness. But it's reasonable why he lied about his relationship; he's a married man. If it was an accident, why try so hard to cover it up? Granted, the prosecutors didn't give a good motive. But, isn't it possible she is mentally ill? If you killed someone, would you tell your family members the truth? Most likely you will alter the story and be in denial. Our jury system is corrupt. Want justice? Do it yourself.

  • I wouldnl't want to live in a society where they can convict you and sentence you to death for circumstantial evidence

  • so you know she just happened to change her story like 6 times, gave fake leads to the cops, blamed her own father and looked up uses for chloroform. and on caylees remains, there happened to be traces of chloroform and gasoline. and there was traces of chloroform in the bitches trunk but what ever i mean she totally didn't do anything right? you have to admit its kind of fucked up

  • Continued from above. She's able to murder her daughter without physically murdering her daughter and if shes accused all she has to say is it was an accidental drowning. I think thats when Casey brought her parents into the picture. Thats my opinion.

  • . Maybe Caylee did drown? Maybe it wasn't an accident, maybe Casey watched as her daughter fell into the pool and did NOTHING!! Its an easy out so she could go back to the life before Caylee arrived. It you start from the end and work back to the begininng it shows the pattern the Prosecution was trying to prove. They say Casey is smart and I say calculative too.

  • Casey Anthony case should be considered a mistrial.

Since the defense brought up molestation between Casey and her father when that had nothing to do with the case. The case was about a mother who was on trial for killing her kid and had not report her child missing for 30 days. Why were the defense team allowed to bring up something that had nothing to do with the case just so the jury felt sorry for Casey?

  • In my eyes, someone who is, apparently innocent, wouldn't have to have gone to all that trouble and effort just to say "i didn't kill my child". There was to much evidence, just for her to walk away with minor counts. Either she killed her child, or someone saved her the trouble. However, I know the verdict is written in stone now, it cannot be changed.

This little girl lost her life, and Casey will have to live with that for the rest of her life, and her next life, that's enough punishment.

  • Due to Caylee's lying why believe her lies about George . But it was a credibility issue with George. But his lie in nothing compared to Casey's lies. All George said was "I believe it may have been an accident ...He was just speaking out loud.

  • Many people are convicted via circumstantial evidence. The jury could have convicted her. Reasonable doubt means is there a great likelihood she did it. It does not mean there is NO doubt at all. Two FBI agents testified to the smell of death and the chloroform evidence her lying and purpose in lying.

  • What boggles my mind is why didn't Grandma & Grandpa Anthony contact the police themselves a heck of a lot sooner than they did? Who sends a toddler "out of town" with some mystery nanny the family had never met? Something wrong there.

  • Casey has exposed the psychopath BIG TIME. Now, finally all the public can see , experience and be aware of what a psychopath does. We need to try and detect them and keep them from having any power. They are like some evil alien that destroys people and society. Calling her a monster is putting it lightly.

  • One more year for the mudering , bitch, whore. Maybe a big, fat balckdyke might give us some judtice in that time alla Jeffery Dahmers's case.

  • Oh, so is she going to become a star now? Pathetic with a capital P.

  • Last time, I check...you can't convict someone for First Degree Murder for being stupid, strange behaviors, or being an compulsive liar. The Defense did what they were suppose to do is cause doubt against the State. The sad thing is all of the lying and doubt has over-shadowed the fact that this child died. And no one on earth truly knows what happen to this young girl.

  • The State has to prove without reasonable doubt that she did it. No physical evidences, no motive, and no conviction. The State could have charge her for a lesser charge and maybe had a better chance of conviction.

  • @mauobdeb

The jury is allowed to apply common-sense to a case. Not all cases will have 100% proof. Its impossible.

  • I understand the points made in this video, but I think there beside the point. Let me explain: Any and all charges remotely placing blame on her to ANY degree was concluded "not guilty". If she isnt convictable to the first degree due to "blank", surely she's convictable to SOME degree. She wasnt even convicted neglect nor ANY responcability whatsoever. Is it an example of a broken system..? Maybe, but I know this day something was broke. BTW, these racist people here need to repent

  • She doesn't report her child missing until a month later. Bitch is guilty and needs to rot in hell.

  • I am SICK to my stomach seriously! I can't believe it! she doesnt report her child missing for 31 DAYS!!!! Un Fucking Believable!!! Someone will probably do her in!

  • I'm proud as hell to be an American where we get a trial instead of a mob lynching. Our system has flaws and I felt she was guilty from where I sat but I'm not God.

  • im almost ashamed to be american. wtf just happen i guess killing babys is ok when your white cause i know if she was any other race no matter which one she would be on death row. and oj should already be dead he did and we know it. wtf is going on in our country? and i hate how this is the number one story in the the us when we are on the verge of WW3. and the dollar is falling and obama has commited treason. those are real issuses lets get back to real news. fuck this bullshit!

  • @moemanstone5

oh please dickhead...LOOOOOOONNNNNNGGGGG before this verdict many of your white people got off for killing blacks- whether by lynch mobs or a few crackers throwing bombs in homes or churches. This case is an aberration in which one white woman "beats" the case and yet a little white girl is dead- but it's not 2 WHITE CASUALTIES- get it......

  • @logcabnnut im not white buddy. and yes i get it lol

  • Will the mother be tried for lying on the stand. Both she and her husband lied under oath. They should both have charges brought against them. What do you think?

  • "Don't let Casey Anthony profit from Caylee's Death FaceBook Group" - we can use our consumer power to bring some jutice to Caylee.

  • Everyone mind your own bussiness!!!!! Abortion happens everyday why dont we make it a big deal ?!!! All this people thay are putting attention to this case got nothing else to dooo…

  • Its not the same because the fetus hasn't had a life first, compare to a child that has already been living, so stop stating that it's all the same cause it's not! --|

  • Yeah but when u get an abortion u dot lie about Doing in. And it is different when u have a child physically in front of u that dies, to a 3 week old fetus that u probably haven't developed feelings for, I speak from experence. Its not the same!

  • CASYE IS A BUITCH WHO NEEDS TO ROTY IN HELL I WANT TO KNOCK HER OTU ICANT BEKLIEVE THEM DAMN DEVILS MADE HER INNOCENT MOST OF THEM HAVE CHIOLDERN AND THEY WANT THIS BASTARD FILTH ON THE DANMN STREETS I LIVE IN FLORUIDAS AND I AM SO SIVCK OT THESE IGONORANT NSAIVE BASTARDS

  • Humans who watch the mainstream media smoke and mirrors, hype-job propaganda mill bullshit, are fucking idiots. No need to lower yourself to the level of the MSM bro.

  • Why is everyone so upset?

Liberals murder their babies in abortion clinics every day and nobody seems to mind.

  • BECAUSE THEY IF YOU PUT UR CHILD U GFO TO A MEDICAL PLACE OR ABOTRTION AND GET PILLS OFF THE COUNTER U DONT MURDERR THEM WITHJ CHLORUFORM AND TAPE THEM UP AND THROW THEM IN A LITTLE BAG AND TRHOW THEM INTO THE WOODS AND GO PARYTYIONG

  • @kenandvita Granted a medical place is much nicer than the trunk of a care but the end result is exactly the same.

  • @KenyanImport *car

  • @KenyanImport People murder babies in abortion clinics every day...don't get caught up in the label game. Liberals, Conservatives...its all a shell game of lables. That's why we similar if not identical behavior from republicans and deomcrats...i.e. cheating, same sex escapades, fraud...the list goes on. It's a people..humans...we're all human and capable of horrible things...you, me and everyone else on the planet.

  • @spankybighead MURDER IS MURDER dont get caught up in your own label games.

  • @KenyanImport Absolutely...and trust me..I don't play label games. You'll never see post anything referencing a perceived group doing a particular act as if it's soley a character trait amongst that group.

  • who are you.....i remember a time when satan took the black people and put them into slavery for no reason...i remember a time when satan took innocent white people and put them to death for believing in Christ. a lawyer...wrong path boy. look at the coin...follow this image and you are with satan. i would pay more attention of getting rid of that fat belly from eating big macs. give them programming n they will speak of satan's will. get a refund on college tuition.

  • The American Jury system is a joke. Why should a bunch of feeble-minded rednecks and hermits determine the fate of a murder trial? The plethora of circumstantial evidence, was not weighed in properly by the jury, and the resultant was, that a murder went free.

  • That Pariah should be given a Tubal Ligation with out Anesthesia !! !!

  • Did anyone even watch this case?! Yeah we all know that she did it.......but damn how are you all so suprised at the outcome when the trial was going the way it was?! They didn't (couldn't) pin any of the evidence directly on Casey. Besides, she is probably worse off outside of prison.......she will have to deal with all of the people who know that she is guilty. She'll get hers.

  • Lesson on how to get away with murder. # 1 Make sure everything that comes out of your mouth is a lie. Everything! #2 Let your Lawyers do the rest........

  • Love how you all are so convinced that she did it when you don't know her, have no idea what happened, and have came to your conclusion of her through the media. Makes me laugh. I don't think she did it.

  • What part of sillicon valley?

    Good video by the way

  • Finally, someone on youtube talks common sense.

The justice system isn't perfect but it's the best we have, it's designed to convict criminals as well as protect the innocent/falsely accused. You can't convict someone on circumstantial evidence and intuition alone. Even if your gut feeling is right about this Anthony case, and the jury deliberated on a guilty verdict, it doesn't make it right because the next time you might send some innocent person to the chair based on your gut feelings.

  • @JohnWoo Wrong. Most convictionsare from circumstantial evidence. There is seldom a CSI trail of DNA and forensic evidence. In this case the "circumstantial" evidence was backed up. The 7 wfemales in ths jury was loath to convict a white female in a death penalty case. Gender Feminsism wins again as it so often does.

  • @USExceptionalism I think you may be confused. You have committed the logical fallacy of argumentum ad populum by saying that most convictions are from circumstantial evidence, so that's all you need to convict someone. I haven't had time to verify your claim, but let's for the sake of argument, agree to that premise but by doing so, in no way does it justify it.

The circumstantial evidence suggests that Casey may, on a balance of probabilities, have caused Caley's death but it did not (cont)

  • @JohnWoo ....,prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she murdered her, as needed for a murder conviction.

The blame does not fall on the jury nor the judge, the failure to convict Casey Anthony is due to the prosecutors' decision to go for the murder charges with insufficient evidence. They were pressured by the media and the public to seek the harshest charges possible, and I believe that is why they were unsuccessful.

  • @JohnWoo I KNOW you are confused. You have committed the errot of thinking you know something of the US Judical system. This is not France. Maybe you do not understand English nuances or syntax but "circumstantial" ws in quotes in my post. "Reasonable doubt" is not always obbjective. This was a case of jury nullifcation. They, chose to ignore the obvious to protect one of their ilk as jurors in most civil rights related trials in the past, EVERYTHING or truth rest on probabilties, no sure truths

  • @USExceptionalism Are you trolling? I was born and raised in Philadelphia, I'm in France because I'm doing immunology research for INSERM at the Medical Faculty René Descartes in Paris. Might I suggest that the next time you try and question someone's literacy, please make sure you don't make school boy errors in your own writings? Your English is as bad as my German, and that's my fifth language.

Your speculations that the verdict had anything to do with feminism is simply preposterous.

  • @JohnWoo When did I say anything about you literacy? One can speak perfect English (or French) grammatically and not know all the nuances and colloquialisms. You are even more pitiable in that you are born American and know as little as you do. Assuming you a Frenchman was giving you a pass.1 Mais vous êtes toujours un trou du cul, 2 Mas você ainda está um idiota, 3 Pero usted todavía un idiota, 4 Maar je bent nog steeds een lul, 5 Aber du bist immer noch ein Arschloch ( English is my 6th)

  • @JohnWoo Your wrong on so many fronts its not even funny. You can convict on circumstantial evidence. Ask SCOTT PETERSON.

And as far as the OP. You make a few good points. But your missing some major points. The pool theroy is BS. Why? Because drowned kids dont end up in the woods. Dr G tesified that 100% of the time 911 is called when a child drowns.

And to further my statement. George Anthony is a former cop. Do you really believe he disposed of his grand baby so sloppy?

  • If a former cop wants to get rid of evidence, believe me they would never have found her body. And x 1000 a mile down the street from the house. And the OP mention The River cruz lady. She said in a interview that she didnt have a afair with George, then turns around as said she did. Biaz brought this in to run interference. Thats it,and it worked. I dont care who George is porking. I take away from the case at hand.

  • All on the prosecutor. Broke the two cardinal rules of litigating. Never talk down to the jurors and never make it personal. Way too much circumstantial evidence in this case. Nothing like the OJ fiasco, which was the most open and shut case in trial history.

  • yes, the law won, justice lost, a todler is dead. Now she can go and party all she wants. She killed her baby, that evil witch!!! But more evil is that jury!!!

  • So I can get away with murder as long as my father is cheating on my mother? This makes no sense. Sorry bro.

  • The bitch is guilty, just as OJ was guilty. I don't know how the scank killed her baby and I don't care, the bitch is responsible.

Also if any baby drowned in the pool any normal person would call the police and say the baby drowned in the pool.

I don't care what the mistress said. She was probably bitter. I broke up with a girl and the hoe keyed my car. Nothing like a woman scorned.

  • They proved it beyond RESONABLE doubt Dwyer. Come on. The didn't prove it beyond ALL DOUBT. But thats impossible, unless u witness the murder

  • Want to get away with murder? Move to Florida! This is ... crazy

  • I wouldn't be surprised at all if she goes and gets another tattoo saying "Got Away With Murder" !

Caylee got the death penalty from her ma. And NOW her ma got a "get out of jail free" card from the jury.... SOooo SICK!!!

  • lol, boxing and now court cases

  • I believe it was an accident also, but it was still a felony murder, and I believe the duct tape was used because cassey's car was smelling horible and she might have thought covering the mouth and nose would keep the smell down, to buy her time to dump her imo. Anyways, she will meet her maker.

  • Someone is guilty, after reading what the anthonys said thru thier lawyer, I'd like to see Cindy, prosecuted for perjury and George investigated further and or put in jail for molesting his daughter, heads need to roll on thks one.

  • The stupidest thing that the prosicutors did was put the parents of the accused on the stand. You got to think its more then just a little convenient that both of their testimonies had wholes in them. Stupid. Stupid Mistake. Nothing more that can be said.

  • bitch got away with murder ...thats some gangsta shit.... your a straight G Casey... keep it up the good work

  • I disagree with you completely. There was tons of circumstantial evidence that, when connected together, added up to guilty BEYOND a reasonable doubt.

There is a misconception out there that circumstantial evidence is not equal to DNA or video tape. This jury did not use their common sense. They COULDN'T have. The Scott Peterson case had similar circumstantial evidence, almost equal to this case, and THAT jury got it right.

  • The text message is pretty much pointless imo. Casey was the one on trial. There was to much evidence that lead me to believe that not only did she murder her kid but she hid it and tried to get away with it.

  • thanks for the breakdown Dwyer

  • Being American? Got to Love It!

We DON'T go to Jail for Murder~

We ONLY go to JAIL 'When it's PROVED we Murdered Someone".

    Way to Go Casey&OJ.

Thank Goodness now WHITE PEOPLE got their own OJ SIMPSON! ;o)

  • Agree 99.9% with Dwyer on this one.

This is a "reasonable doubt" case. Casey Anthony *probably* killed her daughter, but the state did not have enough evidence to prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt.

M.E.'s cause of death "Homicide by undetermined means" was the turning point in my mind. Family credibility was the seal of fate, not the turning point, in my mind.

  • I didn't expect this.

  • I agree with you. The law states that you have to leave emotions out of it and go on the evidence only. This jury did their job to the letter of the law. They took their job very seriously as they were asked to do. You can't bring on a witness for the prosecution and say, well we'd like you to believe part of the testimony but just ignore that they are probably lying about a few things, just believe what we want you to believe. If GA was about the truth he wouldn't have lied on the stand.

  • Dwyer, cool video and all, but dont you see the real purpose of the casey anthony trial?

the true purpose is to distract the american public from what is really important; Obama expanding the war into Libya, Pakistan, WITHOUT CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL. millions will die in the world war 3 that Obama is launching, all the while Obama is calling these new wars "peace" and getting a nobel peace prize as a sick joke. do we really need every news station in america covering this garbage everyday?

  • @blacksixspeed not to mention the TSA sticking there hands down your daughter's pants, the imploding economy, riots and bailouts in greece; the world is getting set for global government and the media has already started demonizing the constitution, saying its 'outdated'. when we are all being hearded like cattle into the FEMA DEATH CAMPS I FOR ONE WILL NOT GIVE A FUCK ABOUT CASEY ANTHONY. WAKE THE FUCK UP

  • @blacksixspeed Yes, one true purpose, because Obama is so depraved and evil that he mind controls unknown women and causes them to kill their own babies and cover it up years in advance so, when he needs to cover up something, he can conveniently divert the media by mind controlling juries to make decisions that cause public outcry. Or not.

  • @charlesgoodwin WRONG THE MEDIA IS CONTROLLED BY THE BIG 6 BANKS AND OIL HEADS AND THEY'RE MISSION IS TO DESTABILIZE THE MIDDLE EAST AND START WW3 ILLEGALLY. BUT DUMBFUCKS LIKE YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT IT BECAUSE YOU ARE TOO BUSY BEING CONTROLLED BY WHAT CNN AND FOX TELL YOU AND ALL THEY TELL YOU IS CASEY ANTHONY BULLSHIT. WAKE UP YOU FUCKING SHEEP

  • Did Dwyer lose money on the outcome of Casey Anthony Murder Trial?

I've heard Gamblers will bet on anything, but this takes it to a new level!

  • Quite frankly. Take it just from a guy sitting next to you at the bar, you should stick to your day job dwyer :).

  • i thought this would be more like the Darlie Lynn Routier case--i figured the jury would see mom partying after the death of her kid and punish her for it. guess not. maybe the jury got it right after all (actually based their verdict on the evidence or lack thereof).

she'll probably go to jail for something someday like OJ anyway.

  • Thank you for posting this. Its a very rational way to look at this. We are all wondering how someone could get away with something this terrible... using our emotions too look at it all. I still think she's guilty as sin... but I am less angry at the jurors.

  • Disgusting......truly disgusting thnx for the video Dwyer

  • So this crazy bitch got off because her idiot dad didn't want to get in trouble with his wife. Does the credibility of Casey mean nothing in this case??? What about the fact that she was partying on several occasions after???

  • I think we need a better legal system. Seems like the guy who stuck up his middle finger had it tougher in this court room, idk. But our legal system needs to improve.

  • So Casey's parents were the prosecution's witnesses? no wonder she got off... what parent is going to want their daughter to face the death penalty even when they know their child commited the murder?

  • SO THEY DID FIND A WAY TO BLAME A MAN IN THIS CASE.

Mark this... ANYTIME you find a white woman, especially an attractive white woman, facing the death penalty they will FIND some way to get the white woman off, USUALLY by finding a man to blame... I didn't follow the case, so I assumed there was no man involved in this case (but I still had a sneaking suspiciaon that she would still get off because she was a white woman)... come to find out that they DID find a man to blame.

  • why wasn't it enough circumstantial evidence? i didnt really hate casey and i tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but...not even charged for child neglect? i think thats ridiculous...she HAD to be involved in some way even if she didnt murder her child, if not why would she lie?

  • Man sometime the law is a real bitch.

  • So is this a cold case? Can she be tried again?

  • @666ThaScarecro666

no... that's against the Bill of Rights

  • The prosecution was worse than the one that prosecuted the OJ case. I still believe that the LAPD framed a guilty man, imo.

  • SMH IF U ASK ME THAT WAS MORE THAN HIS GRANDAUGHTER, PROBABLY WAS HIS BABY .. HE MOLESTED CASEY FOR YEARS... SO SAD

  • I JUST WON 100K BETTING ON CASEY ANTHONY'S VERDICT

  • I think the prosecutor is just as dumb as the jurors!

  • The mistress did not repeat EXACTLY what he said and she read the transcript on the stand. He said "I BELIEVE it was an accident that snowballed out of control.

Let's see how long it takes her to get in trouble again. Not murder hopefully but in trouble. She's a psycho.

  • I completely agree with you Dwyer, but I always do

  • horrible horrible horrible horrible!

  • Dwyer's got his work shirt on for this one.

  • Why Lie If You Are INNOCENT? Your story does not change if you are telling the Truth.

  • I'M Picking up My Jaw Off The Floor this is un frickin believable!! !!

One day she WILL be held accountable for her daughters death. Till then, I just want to vomit!! !!

The Devil is winning in this world:((((((

  • Comment removed

  • @reneesluse I totally agree with you! On every point! God will hold her accountable and karma may be visited upon her while she walks this earth! I don't think her life will be an easy one.

  • @reneesluse I know just how you feel, my parents and I are just livid.

  • wah, you're a lawyer? respect that bro.

  • She's not guilty...just like OJ. Go ahead and hate if you will. So, fuck off.

  • I agree with everything you just said, Dwyer. The prosecution did not do there job and maybe they did not have sufficient enough evidence to do so. Another thing you did not mention that Casey is a young white woman, and jurors in America base a lot of decisions on race. So, I would doubt should would got murder in the 1st degree even if the evidence did exist. If she was African-American of lower socio-economic status, then she would have been convicted with lesser evidence, imo.

  • If you have a great lawyer, you can get away with almost anything. Plus, the jury might have not been the brightest bunch of people.

  • @LordOfKnights00

Thats what it comes down to, the jury. That's why in criminal cases the defense always try and excuse anybody with any knowledge of the criminal justice system. They want the dumbest people ever and try to win them over with charisma and lies.

  • OH YEA IN FACT I THINK THEY ARE SOME SIOORRY DAMN MOTHER FUCKIN BASTARDS WHO NEEDTO ROT IN HELLL XCCASYE IS A A DEMONIC DEVIL LOVIN MURDERIN LYING UGLY TRWO FACED POINTY EAERRED NOT CARING PARTYING BIOTCH

  • @kenandvita She is the Devil I totally seen horns on her head! And jagged yellow green teeth! She wreaks the Demons the Devil is in her! I am totally pissed and hurt for that little girl! OMG please handle this unjustice! Casey Anthony better go in hiding!

  • is there a site where we can see like a timeline of events that happened in the trial? its interesting.....and for some reason i feel like this case got a lot of attention because its kinda a hot slutty white girl who people think they have a shot at hooking up with her if they got her drunk =)

  • the verdict was b.s. to me i think the justice system is screwed. i always had something against the justice system wronging the victims this verdict just makes me hate the system even more. she lied to the police lied in the trial. her lies to me is proof enough of her guilt of murder.

  • @deathjoker666 last thing if i had to do jury duty i would get out of it just cus of the incompetence of the system using average people that doesn't know anything about the law. what i mean by that they should use people that know the law.

  • @deathjoker666

The kid was screwed from the start. If your born into a family were both the parents are fuckups, there's not a whole lot society can do to help you.

Last thing America needs is an even more vengeful justice system. America already has 6-7 times the incarceration rate of most other civilized societies.

Getting caught out lying, proves you a liar, not a murderer.

That said, that filicidal bitch was lucky she was an attractive white women. Had she been a young black man....

  • @jimwal2008 i don't play the race card, to me i honestly think its a bit racist. justice system is broken either way. its already a vengeful system look at the misdemeanor crimes that put people behind bars. casey anthony's trail just makes the system look more bad. she's should be in prison with the rest of the murderers. i thought if you had money like the celebrities you'll get away with things. she's a psycho.

  • @jimwal2008 .... Had she been a young black man she would have been royally screwed....

  • Your absolutely right. She did it. Unjust end to an awful story.

  • Dwyer,Are you serious??
