Although hilarious, he's contradicting himself here.
He's saying there shouldn't be anti smoking legislation and people should have freedom of choice, but then goes on to talk about the dangers of stuff like heroin and fat food, which people would choose without laws.
So would legislation be a good thing to control heroin users, if they're stupid for doing it, but not for smokers?
@retteretter you know. if there would be a push button somewere that has the power to destroy the whole universe someone would push it just to try it out. same with other dangerous things. but what he is saying is that people like things that are not healthy for them and you can't outlaw all that stuff. so if someone takes heroin he does it in the knowledge thats not good for him. thats what he meant by saying that they must heard something about the dangeroussnes of herion
@swunt10 Yeah but it's the same with smoking... I mean on the packet of cigarettes it says 'SMOKING KILLS' and stuff, so it's not exactly like it comes without a warning label. What's the difference between smoke killing and heroin killing?

People complain about the 'Nanny state' then when somethihng goes wrong, they blame the Government. How are the government meant to control obesity, anti social behaviour etc?
