I found I actually got chills hearing this guy talk on Maher because he gave a very articulate and smart "speech". He does seem to love to talk, but I think a lot of his points are pretty decent. He makes sense with this "code language" and you certainly don't need a degree to understand that. People can often choose their words so that they can take on multiple meanings, but also so that they can turn around and use the most polite meaning as a defense.
