Dlam Islam, dah jelas2 mengatakan wanita wajib menutup aurat. Baca dan fahamla maksud Al Quran yg suci. Bila sudah menutup aurat, dan bolehla di bezakan yg mane wanita dan bukan. Jadi x timbul masalah, cara berpakaian yg mcm mane dikategorikan sebagai pakaian pengkid @ tomboy. Seperti maslah penguatkuasaan fatwa ini,yg ditimbulkan oleh Sister In Islam..

Sisters in Islam have done it again! Interpret the Quran by their own mean, taking things out of context and now questioning the fatwa issued by scholars.

Dear SiS, speaking out of ignorance only creates confusion and doubt within the society. One does not ask a commoner to write medical prescription or simply refers to MD text books when ill. Have you ever heard a commoner questioning the Md. Prescription given by the doctor?

Scholars are the ultimate source of guidance in Islam.

actually i tend to wonder why this problem only seem to exist in islam...whereas the other religions Christianity, budhism etc...don have an issue with this...

Good question. The straight forward answer is Islam is The Way of Life. Not just a religion. Islam draws a very distinct line between good and bad for our well being in this life and life after; Something you should not do, you don't do it at all then you're safe. Get what I mean?

Behavioural & Dressing code existed in many places such as school, office etc; Why nobody seems to care to argue that it's against our choice? In France and Singapore, muslim students are not allowed to wear headscarf at school, why no one cares? When the Fatwa is decreed, Sister in Islam and those non-muslim is making noise saying that there's no freedom of choice for women?

mereka macam lepaskan batuk di tangga.

She speaks out loudly, but she speaks of no knowledge of the Sunnah of the Prophet peace be upon him. This was made clear by the Prophet that a man should not act like a woman and vice versa. Actually, no fatwas were needed in the first place! You can ask me and I'd tell you that pengkid and pondan are both not allowed in Islam! It's crystal clear. It is a matter of choice whether one wants to be a pengkid or pondan, there is no enforcement, one will deal with God in the Day of Judgment.
