  • I love your vid! Good work. Check mine too on?? my channel.

  • I hoped that it was fully furiganized... I guess 100 Japanese classics will have to wait a few years...

  • Thank you for this review! I was looking at this as a way to extend my 'immersion' to reading on the go, but wasn't sure if the content was something I could handle. Looks like it'll be a little stretch, but that's good. Gives me goals. XD

  • is there a way i can get this game in japanese(and still have it work on my system bought in canada?) online, because i assume that the stores wont be very helpful with a japanese game.

  • only if this was in english

  • Seems like a neat program if you're in Japan. I wish they would have that in English. I love the idea of the nice classical music playing a long too. There seems to be a lot more to do with DS in Japan than here in the States.

  • hey buddy may I ask you some questions???

1st= how much is a Nintendo DS in the US?

2nd= Can I get those games you have in any store, or how did you get them?

    Please answer this questions.

    Cheers mate.!!!

  • good,i dindt know about it,im gonna get this, arigato no shutten!(hope i did it right,is thanks for the information or that tryes to mean hehe)

  • Hi Clay,

Does this 'game' include any traditional Japanese music as well? It would be a real tone setter and a big bonus.

    Thanks.

  • I'm not sure. I really need to dig this out again and play with it more. One downside I remember was the DS screen isn't super high res. Reading kanji wasn't terrible, but it wasn't as pleasant as it could be.

  • hey TJS , what directoion do u read japanesE?

  • Thanks so much for making a video for this game! Are there any Edogawa Ranpo or Murakami Haruki works included?

And I agree, it would be cool to see an English counterpart that included Eastern and Western works...

  • I am not sure. My copy isn't here, but I am pretty sure it won't have Murakami since I think it only includes public domain works.

  • that's really cool... I'm sure I'd get plenty of use out of my ds with that...

  • I really need to pull my DS out and use it more often.

  • again another japanese product that could do well in the US but wont come out.

  • I don't know if it could do well in the US; there isn't any English (or full furigana for that matter)

  • It looks good! I will consider it later, if improve. :o)

    Thanks!

  • whats it called?

  • can you find this in America? I need something like this!

  • We will probably stock it at our online store--see my youtube name and add a dot com :)

  • un, I've been there before and also use thejapanesepage a lot. arigatou~

  • Thanks! I appreciate that.

  • Awesome. After I improve a bit I'll definitely pick this up. I love fables, especially Japanese ones and this could be a perfect way to practice.

  • Thanks. It is nice. The biggest con is the DS's screen resolution isn't great. Some of the more complex kanji is very hard to read even though you can make the font larger.

  • Too bad I can't read Japanese (trying to learn)

  • Useful info, thanks.

  • i liked it thanks
