You need to make sure that you are eating the correct foods. eat healthy calories and fats such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains and continue exercising and you should see some change.
Videos like this is why you're the best on youtube! You look amazing, you're growing in wisdom and insight, and you absolutely radiate authenticity! Now where did the dancing videos go?
Its been 2 weeks and i havnt lost weight, i think im plateauing. Even though im eating 2000 cals a day, moderately active and doing different exercises and weight training. I wasnt losing weight on eating 1600-1900 calories either, maybe i was eating too little, but i bumped it up to about 2000-2100 and i still havnt seen change since wednesday :(
Then my body would be in starvationmode. As much as i work out, and that im still a teenager, 1500 is the bare minimum. I started stalling by eating 1800. I bumped it up to 2000-2100 and im seeing results now =)
Sharon, I swear sometimes I feel like you are the female version of me. You are so freaking enlightning sometimes. What you are saying is that finding the peace of mind that would not make you over eat, you've accomplished the goal. The weight lose or gain is only a corelation related to your state of mind. Once you get that peace, the weight will come off regardless at some point. Every battle is won before it is ever faught. And you won this war from day one. We need to get together sometime.
Good job in realizing you have alread achieved peace in spirit and joy. So many times people think the weight loss is magical, and perhaps it is more the journey that is.
I guess I have already achieved my goal too. i am eating very healthy and not even thinking about weight loss anymore. Just eating healthy and doing CR.
Glad you have achieved your sense of peace, a great goal.
I agree, stay at this weight for a bit of time, enjoy it and embrace it. The final pounds can come off later. For me later was 1 year. I have almost lost my final 30 pounds this year. Just like you I lost 70 the first year.

why types of exercises did you do and how often did you do them? I'm too lazy to go back through all your videos to find out. Please write back.

Honey, when you get lower in weight it may take a bit longer to use the weight. Don't give up. You are such an inspiration :)
I happy that you now feel good about you and can enjoy every aspect of life!

If you felt like that about life and the Universe you very likely wouldn't be over eating anyway.Would you?

You made a lot of realisations in your mind this year, and the weightloss was like a "by product". It's really, really great!
I hope you will continue to post videos even when you will not go for the weightloss anymore, because I love to listen to what you have to say!
