  • I dont think that jeep had locking or even limited slip diffs, something the rover probably has, since it is about 10x more expensive. Furthermore the rover has the size and weight advantage.

  • MissMaggieMay97, with Air conditioning or not it doesnt matter, you know, but honestly I'll like to see it with a RUBICON, 2012 Rubicon...is a lot stronger than this one in the video, technologically, the Rover is Better on sand, no doubt, Saludos from Puerto Rico!

  • land rover is sssssooooo ugly who would by that?!

  • It's the driver that makes the difference! Hammmer down!

  • And this is only a land rover discovery. A land rover defender is even better off road

  • Jeep - Land Rover... Sorry, that's just how it is

  • amceagle1, agree with you, lets compare with the Rubicon and we can talk

  • @Puertorico161 who cares...the land rover had its windows up which means it was running A/C as well and still beat the jeep. Don't get me wrong I have a rover and a wrangler, but the rover does out perform the jeep wrangler, rubicon or not...

  • To mikedsteven, maker of this video:

see my video entitled Universal Jeep and Land Rover Defender. Your video was one of several FAKES, some in favor of LRs over Jeeps and some in favor of Jeeps over LRs, but all fakes that prompted me to make my video. Let's stop the silliness.

  • Who the fuck wants a Land Rover? Same people who put this song on here.

  • Bah

  • The Wrangler driver keeps loosing his momentum by letting off the gas every second. This is completely rigged.

  • Perfekte liedjie, Bwhahahahahahaha

  • The land rover discovery (or lr3 in usa) is currently the best offroader on the market, it never gets stuck.

But it makes off roading look gay

  • The difference is that the land rover has an 'intelligent' 4 wheel drive system that senses when a wheel is slipping and transfers torque around to the other wheels, while the jeep has a regular system, with no lockers, so all the torque goes to the wheels that are spinning and the wheels that have traction just sit there and do nothing....

  • stupid jjep driver

  • The tires are whats making the largest difference here. The relatively bald tires on the defender are better for sand than the aggressive tread pattern on the jeep's, which hinder it on sand by making it dig itself in...also, the driver of the jeep is using very poor technique

  • Ok the wranglers don't have much of a traction control system bet my commander will take it

  • I've owned both vehicles & the LR3 sucks. I live in Colorado & in Moab at least every other month, you would not be a Land Rover fan when you get out on Chicken Corners or Onion Creek road & get a suspension sensor fault & your truck is stuck at access height 22 miles from pavement. The Jeep is simpler, tougher, more reliable & 15k less with better fuel economy. It won't outrun the Rover on the highway or off the start but noone here buys it for that purpose. Oh & best of all its MADE IN THE USA

  • This is NOT a fair comparison! The jeep used here is about 1,500 pounds lighter than the Range Rover. If this test had been between the Range Rover and the Grand Cherokee Limited, the results would have been VERY different.

  • The jeep driver is stupid. Watch most other and the jeep wins

  • Not even a proper land rover and it still kicks the wranglers ass :)

  • lockers make the difference...

  • jeep ha ha land rover one life live it lol

  • heres a lesson for you guys, the reason why the land rover climbs that easy is because it has a very special feature, that is , an electronic differential lock so it locks the wheels at the same time when it sensors its loosing traction controlled by the main suspension Central Processing Unit. you can blame the driver or the torque or the weather for the jeeps poor performance but it all falls back to the poor engineering of the wrangler. thumbs up if your a land rover enthusiast!

  • land rovers are both luxurious, comfortable, and amazing off road under any terrain... so land rovers dominate over jeeps (i have owned both) you can drive them out to a fancy restaurant or to the mountains off road and they are still king!

  • Wheelbase an weight do the thing. It is good at uphill but not in mud

  • lets put a rubicon on that trail. if that jeep had lockers it would climb it with no problem.

  • @danthman114 jeeps need a million modifications lockers, rancho suspension this and that! if you buy a land rover, needless to say you can drive it straight from the dealership to the mountains no need for all those gadgets :) (2003 Land Rover Range Rover HSE proud owner)

  • @supertuner63 thats why i said rubicon. the rubicon comes standard with lockers. besides, a baseline jeep and aftermarket lockers installed still costs less than a LR. dont get me wrong i love land rovers but they are too un realistic on parts. jeep parts and aftermarket parts are cheaper. like a lift kit. the rover may go alot of places but you can make a jeep go more places for less money than if you did the same mods to a rover.

  • @supertuner63 i do like the fact that you can get a diesel in the LR. i wish jeep would start installing them. they need to ask me what they need. lol then they would have an un-beatable machine. BTW the driver of the jeep needs fired...

  • yeah, take that bitch muddin' and see what happens. all of you land rover/range rover owners are damn posers who will never take your vehicle off road, because you guys are dumb enough to buy a vehicle to impress your neighbors. by the way, they break...still.

  • @SilentiSeven Weird you say this. My family and I have owned numerous 4x4's and several Land Rovers including the RRS, D90, and LR3. I personally own/drive a 2007 LR3 daily. On road and off. I have NEVER had any issues in mud. In fact I have pulled a TJ out of the mud and did circles around him for laughs. If you have never driven or owned something you choose to talk down on, do not talk about it. Simply put, your ignorance is humorous.

  • @SilentiSeven dont hate because you cant afford one ;)

  • The reason why the jeep sucked is the driver. Probably cuz its a manual (most likely) and the land rover is not

  • @TheConnoe bla, bla blaaaaa hater

  • I get the feeling that the guy in the Jeep is gearing it all wrong for this climb and applying too much torque to the wheels. But that being said, I've got to say that I'm impressed by the Land Rover's performance. It easily accomplished what the Jeep struggled to do. I'm a Jeep fan myself and I own an old ZJ model Grand Cherokee, but I'll give credit where it's due and Range Rover looked good in this clip.

  • JK's have traction control just like the LR. poor TJ...

  • bigdreamer66 you dont anything about cars dumb ass

  • FrogJeep420 jeeps suck but the land rovers are the best offroad vehicle but land rover defender is the best offroad car of the world +the range rover ..

  • THIS VIDEO PISSES ME OFF

  • Jeeps suck just as much as land rovers do fags

  • 34 jeep owners viewed this video

  • Comment removed

  • This looks almost like they had Top Gear do it. I could drive up that hill with the Jeep, and I don't even have my drivers license yet...

  • Comment removed

  • Like I said on another video, Jeeps can go anywhere but not all drivers can. Next time try letting a little air out of the tires.

  • This is NOT a fair comparison!! The Land Rover is using it's "Traction Control". The Jeep has both front rear "Open" axles. The fair comparison is to use a Jeep-Rubicon with front & rear axles 'LOCKED'! The Jeep would then climb that hill twice as fast & with more stability.

  • @amceagle1 true you could do a lot more in a Rubicon, but if you are going to swap out that jeep for a model designed with off-road as the primary focus, then you should swap out the D3 (primarily sold to soccer moms) for any Defender ever made.

P.S. I drive a 98 Jeep. Of course, that driver does suck, which doesn't help with an objective comparison.

  • @HardcoreZen2k0 Ok, if we are comparing drivers : the land rover guy is probably some guy that works at a bank that makes decent money and the jeep guy is probably a jeep enthusiast... so hmmm lets see i would think that the jeep guy would have more off roading experience than the guy that works at a bank or such.. dont blame the drivers blame jeep that has two hundred million upgradeable parts ! it doesnt come equiped with good technology like land rover does!

  • @supertuner63 Obviously you didn't understand the point of my comment. The first paragraph was how a Disco 3 destroyed a Jeep, and that people were complaining that it wasn't a Rubicon. So I argued that if you are going to replace the standard Jeep with a model designed for offroad (Rubicon), then you must swap out the Disco 3 for any stock Defender, which would still whoop the Rubicon. The driver comment was just to express that you can't have an objective observation with different drivers.

  • A stock Defender has open differentials, just like that Wrangler does. So it would be in the same boat as the Wrangler.

  • @amceagle1 lr4 bitches rubicon

  • @amceagle1 ok its not fair in that way but look it like this the land rover is a luxury suv weights more than the wrangler

  • Wow...the Land Rover makes that look easy. Haha...the Jeep, on the other hand...

Mind you, there's a substantial cost difference between the two.

  • @pFhUCKpFhACE I hope your not buying this load of crap. This is as skewed as you can get.

  • does the guy singing need a towel to wipe the spittle from his face?

hakkkkkk spittttt wipe wipe hakkkkspit wipe, that would be a gross video.

why not just puke and get it over with.

  • With the price difference I bet that adding some differential lockers on the jeep would pay off...

  • to much air pressure

  • cannot blame the jeep cause of the bad driver :O damn that guy really suck at offroad driving , sorry bro thats not your thing loll

  • JEEP WAS NEVER GOOD IN SAND

  • I remember when I needed traction control to off-road.. My old fx4 could have done this...,

iv taken my Jeep to its limits this guy just doesn't know what he is doing.

land rovers are cool and all if you just wanna drive around on a lil sand and take you kids to the mall.

  • Land Rover better than Jeep? HA!!! Not true. Try Commander Overland with experienced driver against Land Rover!

  • Land Rover have this traction control technology that no other manufactuer can match.

Purists may be sceptical, but this technology will do away with most diff locker technology. Its happening now, but Land Rover are the only manufacturer that can achive success at present.

Same old story though, they keep copying Land Rover technology.

  • All around the world manufactures have been copying Land Rover for 60 years, and they always seem to remain 2 steps behind.

Thats the way its always been................and the way it will always be.

So if you are a jeep driver - dont feel bad, cause its the same deal for all those jap models as well.

  • @browndogrider1962 the best off road vehicle is a hummer h1 all the new h2 and h3s are crappy but an h1 would drive through this hill haha

  • i have 2 rovers and wouldnt trade them for anything!! best off road vehicle on the planet!! hands down!!

  • @jeremybamafan1 well said mate nothing compares only bowler nemasis

  • yeah, open difs

  • Guy in Land rover kept forward momentum this hill is cake just the jeep driver didint keep momentum. Notice ont he second run for the rover he lost momentum and then started to have wheel spin but got out. Jeeps are cabable of doing this easily.

  • the land rover rolled up that sand hill LIKE A BOSS

  • amazing how you can see the power being shifted as the rover climbs but for that prize i would hope it drive itself too hehe

  • If the moron driving the jeep wouldn't keep stopping and then hammering the gas he'd probably make it with the open diffs.

  • and now all new jeeps had copy all systems that land rover develop 6 years ago !!!

  • @bujanda01 Jeep was founded in 41. I dont think they copied if they were imptoving designes they had in the 1960s-1980s... Cj5s

  • The Reason that The Land Rover so easily outshined the Jeep is thanks to the "Terrain Response System" it adjusts the tourqe that goes to each tire, where as the Jeep most likely only has a locking differentail. It is a fact that the Jeep driver doesn't know what he is doing, but the Land Rover makes it easy even if you don't know what you are doing (Given that you can twist a knob, lol). Land Rovers are more expensive (I know I own one) but they are all around better (in my opinion).

  • Put a pair of lockers on the Jeep. That'll put it $300 closer to the cost of the LR, and still be $15K cheaper...

  • ok put the rover against a cherokee and we'll see what happens

  • Oh yeah, @ watcher3223, shut the fuck up.

  • You guys are all ignorant, I'm American and bought a Disco 2, Jeeps are just as capable off road, but not as accomodating to a family. The reason the guy in the jeep couldn't get up the hill is because he is retarded.

  • @seangsx I don't think you can say he is retarded. Jeep is lighter and Landrover is heavy. Which helps Rover to have a good grip. if the Jeep put more weight on, say 5-6 more people, it would climb just as well.

  • Comment removed

  • jeep needs to AIR DOWN!!!!!!

  • Jeeps aren't that great. PERIOD. I have a Land Rover because I can afford a Land Rover. You can spend thousands on your JEEP, it'll never ride as nice, be as quiet, haul seven people in comfort, get 20+MPG, have a heated windshield, heated seats, rear seat entertainment for the kids, rear heated seats, rear ac controls, tow 7000 pounds, be as capable on ALL types of terrain on ALL types of surfaces. Shall I go on. If you are going to spend thousands, just get the Land Rover and be done with it.

  • @conceptmuscle

You may be able to afford a Land Rover, but I doubt you're stupid about the money you spend.

Having the capability is not the same as actually making use of it.

Cost versus risk. A properly equipped Jeep is simply not as expensive to deal with as a Land Rover in the event you get wrecked.

  • @Watcher3223

We've taken our LR3 to several Land Rover Events/National Land Rover Rally 2011 and we're planning on attending the dealer sponsored gathering in Moab next summer. It's not just a mall crawler, even though we do use it every day. Over 105K miles on it, as of today. Never a day we've wanted a Grand Cherokee. We used to have one, 5.9L Limited, back in the day.

  • @conceptmuscle

That's cool that you are using a vehicle in that manner.

But, and perhaps I should have clarified, the typical SUV owner doesn't use these vehicles like that, and the more expensive and luxurious the vehicle, the more likely that will be.

Obviously that will be the case for something like a Cadillac Escalade, but that also applies to urban dwellers who have a Range Rover, either a proper one or a Sport.

  • @conceptmuscle

Also, I wasn't really talking about dealer-sponsored events. I was thinking more about trails where the dealer may be tempted to cancel your warranty if they saw what you were doing.

Plus, mileage is a factor; with over 100k mi., the used market value of your LR3 is now such that it doesn't matter at this point if you off-road with it. Strictly speaking, your LR3 is no longer an expensive vehicle in a relative sense. It may still be expensive to service, but other than that....

  • @conceptmuscle

As for a 5.9 Limited, the ZJ Grand Cherokees were okay, but they had their weaknesses. For instance, you don't ever want to seriously off-road those things without equipping the plastic fuel tank with a skid plate.

And, of course, the 5.9 would have a generously appointed interior for 1998's standards. But, that also adds weight. A Laredo with QuadraTrac or SelecTrac and the 5.2L would have been better (too bad the 5.9 was not available for any other trim).

  • @conceptmuscle

And, yeah, you had to deal with the fact that Chrysler had some seemingly odd peculiarities with how they designed and manufactured their vehicles, especially when Jeep vehicles were made under Daimler-Chrysler.

  • @conceptmuscle

But, hey, if I had a choice, I'd still prefer a Defender or an XJ. So long as the vehicle is equipped properly, then it's more the driver than anything else.

I'm more comfortable using a Grand Cherokee or a Range Rover for cruising and, maybe, off-roading on non-challenging "dealer-sponsored" terrain.

  • @conceptmuscle

You buy the Land Rover that's typically sold, like a well-equipped Range Rover, an LR2 or an LR3, chances are you'll never want to drive it off-road unless you know what you're doing and you're willing to risk the chance that your ventures may damage or even TOTAL your vehicle.

If you damage or wreck it, that'll leave YOU footing the bill for repair or replacement, either by paying for it yourself or eating it through your insurance by paying the deductible and higher premiums.

  • @conceptmuscle

Of course, this applies to Jeeps as well; it can be just as financially senseless to buy a fully equipped Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and use it in a venue where there is a chance of damage or loss.

Luxury SUVs weren't really meant for this.

Keep it simple: a Jeep Wrangler, a Jeep XJ, a Range Rover made when user serviceability was considered important, or a Land Rover Defender. All equipped with only what you need to traverse terrain and do so as safely as possible.

  • @alterbr33d what the fuck are you on about push stuff of the ground for.

It's pretty simple JEEPS R SHITE

  • wtf is the jeep driver doing >.< you have a jeep! learn how to drive it!

  • rubicon anyone?

  • its the drivers not the car JEEPS ARE KING.

  • @ParkourGohst my ass

  • @ParkourGohst bullshit !

  • @ParkourGohst lol you came here anticipating jeep to win, but obviously not, and so starts trolling about the driver *no "s", (NOT PLURAL, there's only one driver)!

  • @ParkourGohst jeeps are king with thousands of dollars worth of lifts and tires and gears and lockers.....the list goes on. the unimog is the king.

  • jeeps suck compared to land rover range rover point blank

  • Whatever. First off, the jeep doesnt look like it has lockers, LR3 comes with a locking diff system. So, the cost of an LR3 vs Jeep Wrangler stock, you are spending 50-60k more!! If you want to compare the two, you need to have them equiped equally. So, either get a stock Jeep rubicon out there against the LR3, or equip the jeep with 50-60K in options and then lets see. Hell, 5000 in options and that Jeep will out wheel an LR3!!

  • USA+4x4 = shit USA+cars= shit

    UK+4x4= best UK+cars= mint

    WWJB

    Which would Jesus buy LOL

  • @UKrulesSaysMe

Explain to us, how do vehicles push off of the ground to move?

  • loving the music!

  • i would never buy a jeep that's why we don't buy american cause they don't give the quality you buy land and range rover only

  • @genefury75 I wouldn't buy either... I'd buy toyota...

  • @mstone05 wow you are being an idiot. The Defender is still in production and hasn't changed since 1982/3 really, and the basic design is still very similar to the Series motors. LR's are good, Jeeps are good. Leave it at that.

  • @mstone05 and your assuming everyone can afford $60k+ suv rite or even porsche 911 turbos??

  • Lower them tires and get some lockers son!

  • if jeep reduced his tyre pressure down to 20 or 18 psi this climb will be to easy for the jeep.

  • Woww Jeep Climbing same place with Newest model Land Rover with Lockerswith, Also Jeep has Open Diff.

  • Your comparing a $120,000 vehicle with lockers to a $15,000 vehicle with open diffs? That's fair :/

(No its not a rubicon, clearly shows open diffs)

  • I believe it's called a Rubicon and it has diff lockers front and rear. That might help the jeep driver next time

  • Nooby fan-boys and haters crack me up. Most of you morons don't even take the time to use your head, but even the ones that do, are so biased, they don't even come close to utilizing all the facts. LMAO!!!

  • Oh Please.... What a joke... How can you compare an old spec Wrangler with a new spec land rover. the new spec landrover has traction control which makes a huge difference. Oh and for the record, the disco is a proper off road vehicle, not a soccor mom vehicle, dumbass

  • ha land rover beats the jeep and it aint even a proper land rover love it!

  • I wonder how that Jeep driver felt being beaten by a "soccer mom" mobile. Oh and @marcimerier. You are correct the very first Land Rover's were built on the old Willys chassy. Then they realized that Jeeps suck and well as they say, the rest is history.

  • @Thebloody343 rover built there own chassis the series one was an alternative farm hand after the willys

  • Jeeps were the first ever off road vehicle. all offroad cars copied jeep

  • @cbk982 that is a literal fact, the toyotas and landrovers were first built on the willys jeep mb chassy

  • jeeps are jokes compared to rovers

  • The song is stuck in my head. "Sweep sweep, osava..."

  • time for some lockers... :)

  • You guys are all a bunch of tossers!!

  • you need vehicle and traction to climb hills. jeep are light and while they have good off road capability, I've seen many of them struggle on steep hills.

  • looks like the jeep needs better tread. and a better driver, and needs to lock the 4x4 so all tires are moving at the same time. not just 2. lol

  • OK ... simple fact of 4x4ing.... if your tire pressure is too high in sand you will get stuck. Also - it's really all about momentum - the jeep driver does not keep his momentum as he tries to climb - in combo with hard tyres - no chance. bad driving and technique.

P.s. the landrover has a million computers basically doing the driving for him. Traction control etc etc. Does not take any skill to do that. Boring!!

  • @deathbyvideo yes... yes. Let the butthurt flow through you.

  • i own a landrover freelander which is a six cylinder, its freaking awesome eeeeverywheeereeee, have owned a couple of jeeps cherokees on snow, high speed gravel driving, going uphill, and on sand, but they love to talk smack about my tinibitty land rover, joke is on them, not counting my lr gives me waaaaay better gas milage haha

  • All propaganda

  • @IENJOLdksting209 you are wrong land rover discovery is less strong than a jeep I know it because I have seen situations and wranglers are better than your discovery see videos on YouTube and on real life and you will see land rovers never were as tuff as wranglers

  • and as well, notice he stops the jeep and kills it, and also not taking the right lines to crawl, the drive is an idiot

  • This video is very mis leading, I've had my Jeep in way worse conditions than this, Nice try whomever made this lie!!!

  • Lockers vs Open Diffs. My Commander with front and rear limit-slip would have made that, and it's not really off-road material.

  • let me behind the wheel of that jeep and i'll show that LRD how to really take on that hill.

  • A wrangler will out climb/maneuver/perform the land rover any day. The guy driving the jeep is clearly unexpirenced and doesnt know what hes doing.

  • they are both great cars, the landrover has better axle articulation so all of its wheels stay on the ground, notice how the jeep sometimes has one wheel in the air spinning, usless unless you have a diff lock.

  • @Ramond25D the wrangler rubicon diesel is better at off roading all the experts tells that see videos on YouTube wrangler are much stronger than range rover or land rover and from a stupid man like you that don't know how to speak I expect to hear only swearing

  • Saw now you want me to believe that a Land rover is better than a wrangler ges what that sounds stupid it's not true I pout thaws vehicle in the woods the land rover will become pisses with all of thaws electronics and the wrangler will be 100% betters at off roading

  • @12Achilleas jeeps are crap that only queers and girls buy.

  • @Ramon25D as i can see you dont know a shit about cars jeep wrangler are stronger than all land rovers exept defender thats the same with wrangler and wranglers are mach capebale than lanys at off roading like the wrangler rubicon the new wone thats better and stronger than all landys even defenders are less capebale at off roading wranglers are driven by mans that ar4e tough and you DONT KNOW A SHIT TO SAY SUCH A STUPID THINK WRANGLER ARE THE OFF ROADER KINGS

  • @12Achilleas Wranglers are pussy wagons. Piss off wanker, you cant even compare a Wrangler to a Defender, a Wrangler is not even an expedition vehicle so you suck so much that you dont even know it. shite head

  • @12Achilleas i completely agree jeeps ar43 tough mans YES YES LANY IS POS MACH THE SAME AS PRETENDER RICH FOREIGH POEPLE OWNS THEM DOI DRRRR

  • @12Achilleas you have never owned a land rover so you dont know what you are talking about.my discovery is stronger than a jeep and its not a defender.i have gone in the same places where 6''+ lifted jeeps go and im stock with open diffs and traction control.take a look at the steel under and compare.just look at the lug nuts on the wheels mine are 27mm while the jeeps and still smaller.not hating but jeeps arent very tough.yes the new lr's arent the same since no solid diffs and independent sus

  • @iENJOIskating209 jeep are toughe than discovery jeep are extremally tough we have a wrangler laredo 4.0 liters we have it 17 years and never broke down and a friend has a discovery 5 years and brake down twice well come on wranglers are better off roaders tha discovery you can do more things with a wrangler and discovery and defender are no much in a rubicon diesel iv done my reserch thats my opinion that its not more importent than yours i just say whats the corect from me from thaws vehicles

  • Jeep with no lockers shouldn't even be here.

  • lol

  • Jeep is so old hat they should be in a museum they live totally off the back of the superb WW2 Willeys and have progressed about as far in technoledgy (still using live axles you must be joking)

I reckon an old WW2 Willeys would breeze that climb as it was built so tough never mind traction control just foot down and smash your way up flat out.

  • @trackend its a TJ and Jeep has come a long way take a look at the new JK wrangler and solid axles are so much better than the independent suspension. That jeep just doesnt have the right MODS to handle that. Its called lockers and gears. Plus for a vehicle that is worth $60,000 it better be able to make it up that hill.

  • @garebel053 sorry but live axles fail to keep the tyre surface square to the ground this reduces traction also movement from one wheel tends to be transmitted to the other wheel with live axles even with limited slip diffs, also diff locks are not a patch on full traction control the difference is as marked as that between having or not having ABS Its all about keeping cost down a live axle is cheap as chips compared to full independent suspension with all those swinging arms and bushes

  • This has nothing to do with the capabilities of the driver, the landy has electronic traction control, this brakes individual wheels and sends power to the wheels that have traction, it does this by applying the brake to the wheel which loses traction. Therefore has nothing to do with the capabilities of the vehicle also, electronic traction control systems are an alternative to lockers. Dont get me wrong those discos are awesome offroad but without traction control it would not get up there.

  • It depend on a lot of things I'm a jeep guy.. But if it's stock then it's meh :/ you need to add lockers and a experienced driver and other little mods regardless of 4x4 vehicle

  • I'll take the jeep rather any day. That landrover looks soooo boring. Like an accountant is driving it to work.

  • jeep sucks compared to the landy

  • The Jeep could've done it, easy, if the driver was better. He shouldn't have let off the gas like he did, all the time. He lost his momentum.

  • I own a LR3 same one on vid. Its a very capable vehicle! As shown. So is Jeep wrangler! I don't get, how he couldn't get across this obstacle?

  • i have a landrover 90 1988 and a jeep wrangler, both awsome cars!!!! jeep is one head turner of a car and its awsome off road, however i thought i would by a landy considering im britsh.. from the opinion of both my cars i reallly honestly couldnt choose one, i stick to... landy for british terrain and jeep for the american type of terrain!! both are easily capable of each though.

  • My 2010 Rubicon (stock) will walk that and not spin a tire!

    compare apples to apples

  • @ZzoldpeopleburningzZ I totally understand but I wish Yanks and Brits would stop arguing.,....just for a bit :)

  • i like jeeps, but i love land rovers, nice vid

  • SOUTH AFRICA - the song at least...

  • The jeep needs lockers then it will do just as good as the land rover.

  • @lvcrxrcr1 oh also an automatic tranny does wonders in a jeep. night and day when a manual and automatic jeep same specs are compared when hill climbing.

  • A jeep with lockers would not have slipped at all going up that.

  • LR's traction control is impressive
