@weslake898 Weight training man. It's the only way you can play like Scott. Most drummers just don't have the pure strength and skill physically, the power to play those beats and fills. Scott is a special case, as dedicated to strength as much as music. A lot of drummers who play heavier music will swear by that method. If you don't believe me look at the high number of metal drummers who are, in fact human beasts walking the earth due to a regimen of drums and weights.
