@XxCoDOPSxX haha i started wen i was 2 in a half on a fifty then at 5 i was on a 65 then at age 7 an 85 till i was 14 then i raced 125 i never liked the 450 so i quit riding them there just not as fun the best times was on the 85 for sure it was awsome getting up at 6:30 and smelling the bikes and the sound of the 2 strokes rev was the days i wish i could go back and race 85 and 65 over

After my children rode their new quads all summer with my brother, nephew, and I on our bikes, both my 10 year old and my 4 year old now want dirt bikes instead of quads! I asked them why; they said bikes look way cooler and and funner. Not sure I have the patients to teach them how to ride dirt bikes. There is a reason Power Wheels (toys) have four wheels. There is a reason bicycles have training wheels (four wheels) for kids. 4 wheels are so easy, a baby (literally) can ride one.

I started my children riding quads last summer, due to the FACT they don't require NEAR the skill to ride. My wife rides a quad for the same reason. My son (4 years old) jumped on an LT80 for his first try he was a perfect rider. On a bike that's just not going to happen, they require skill

either way you look at it their both fun as hell. quads= easy to ride, more recreational. bikes=faster, harder to ride. i prefer bikes but its alot harder to get a deer out of the woods with it and alot harder to take a girl riding. but i still can manage to do both hahahah. but there are some die hard racers that ride quads they just like 4 wheels i guess. either way ridin is better than not ridin at all. oh yea and 2 stroke bikes for ever!!!

quads are harder to race, and ride. dirt bikes are easier to maneuver and easier to jump ( if u know how to jump right. ) but if i were to just start riding for the first time i'd get a dirt bike cuz u learn everything u need to ride quads from a dirt bike. but like u said both are fun. when i ride with my friends some of us have dirt bikes some have quads.. who cares though, like u said as long as they ridin
