I didn't pay anywhere near what the ebayer was looking for. I paid $400 USD for it. Had I bought it from that seller, it would of cost me about $900 CAD after the conversion, S&H, duty, possible broakerage fees, and taxes (13%).
And it was a demo model. At least I can trust Zack. Another bonus!
I had a feeling you'd want that one too once you bought the x500. That's what happened with me. When I got my 500, and saw the 1500, i was like, i'd like to have that, I find that the x500 is a bit squatted when it comes to the button layout. The 1500 just spreads it out better for my larger hands.
I am very happy snagging this one. I thought about the moving head but my fiance and I decided that when we do go to moving heads we'd want all them to be uniformed.
the only thing that stopped me was the fact that It wouldn't have fit into the existing mixer case I have for the numark dxm06. Although, I am still looking for a mixer with at least 3 lines that will fit in the same case as the dxm06.
