About 10 years ago Coutney had blew all of it and nearly bankrupted Kurts estate, in order to keep up her lifestyle Courtney then sold one fourth of Kurts music catalog for 50 milliondollars. She is a greedy media whore and has since spent all of the 50 million which is where wwe are at today, Frances getting a restraining order against Courtney. Now Kurts mom is Frances' legal guardian.
