Dude seriously... Finally someone who's tutorials I can watch from a person that's at my level musically. Thank you!! and by the way... you didn't sound monotone, you didn't sound annoying like a lot others! lol... Use marker flags when building the song structure so you can keep track of intro, verse, hook, bridge etc... at an easier visual level and one more trick hold the mouse wheel down and drag on the screen, I've gotten used to it. For real thanks a lot for this video!! I'm subscribing!

@nizi5401 Yes actually, i took piano lessons for 4 years, also in advance music class at my school and we do a lot of theory. But yeah, it definitely is a huge advantage, but you can learn on your own using FL if you're determined and willing enough. :)

Quick question, how to reverse / reset a send? Like you did with the sidechaining form kick to bass. If i accedently sent it through the wrong channel, say lead instead of bass, how can i un-send it? I've been having this issue a few times, and the solution i've found is just to move the sent channel aaaaaall the way to the back and try again.

@DobsDane Try clicking on your kick channel, on the mixer. Then look at the bottom of some other track, lets say the lead (like you said) if you sent it through, there would be a knob there, just click the up arrow and the knob will disappear. You're done :)

quick question, how do "delete" the notes (in piano role) such that they leave behind that greyed out note that doesnt play? It seems kinda usefull for keeping track of stuff :P

To get those patterns just go into "options -> general settings -> enable legacy pattern blocks" is around the bottom :)
