I've never heard a guitar more out of tune than yours. Your voice is much better, however. How do you manage it to find to these horrific chords the melody?

Great voice, chords are wrong though. I think it sounds pretty accurate with these chords. (Capo 4th fret, chords tabbed in relation to capo)

D/F - x40232
Em9? - x20032 (not sure on the name of this chord)

Nice sound man. I think your guitar may just need to be set up. Maybe the capo is throwing off the tuning. Keep it up, my friend
