Actually thalidomide only effected the development of limbs. There would be no mental retardation or discomfort. No different really to natural primordial dwarfs. This woman is a murderer.

The court ruled. The bad part is this drug was allowed to stay on the market from1950 to 1961 and now in 2010 some victims rights have been noticed in court. This is full circle
