Waxman dropped the ball when he failed to ask Fuld to return some of those easy millions he took and give it to the employees and others that lost everything on account of his lies. Fuld, after all, said that he "felt horrible ..." and so Waxman should have called him on his sincerity and asked him if he'd do the right thing.
