We should make people take IQ tests before they're allowed to talk in public. That way we'd get rid of 90% of religious nutters off the streets immediately. It might even include a fair amount of the 'official' priests, preachers and snake oil salesmen and take a bunch of the lying thieving tv evangelists aswell.

What they did is ban chruches because they saw them as a threat to their power. The Soviet Union was just as dogmatic as christianity is.
