  • Thank you! Now that i know that i dont feel to worried to use that black from the set now! I did'nt want to risk it but now that i know i feel good about it! Thank you! Keep up the videos!

  • Yes, the black is the Martins black. Once you let it dry it is resistant to mixing with colors :) you can also use liquid acrylic!

  • Your black isnt mixing with the colors when your laying it down, are you using a water resistant black?

  • Do you use the dr phil martin black from the set as well ?

  • very nice! got a question. how do u create a lighter black color after the dark black color on the drawing?

  • @mamabonthere Thanks! It's easier to show than it is to explain...I get this question often so maybe I will make a video actually showing how it's done......

But - with the paint that I use, you can put down water (or spit in some cases) where you want it to start to lighten up. Use one brush to put down the black, and another CLEAN brush to blend the color out. (Or to PULL, one might say) It sounds a bit weird to read...I'll look into making a video as soon as I can about it :)

  • @tiffytoxicART alrighty please do put a video! haha thanks alot!

  • You ROCK Tiffy!!! \m/, ,\m/
