This anime is fabulous, but it is also the sad truth. It is entirely a symbol that refers to the humanity and what it really is. Most people only see the first level when the listen to it... but some probably understand the probable reason for its existence, what it represents and the message it sends... Only one word comes to my mind : pathetic (and I am not talking of the anime here).
Thx to the creator of this marvelous anime that is Elfen Lied.

@PiAnOvIoLoNfAn The fact that Lucy got a second "innocent" personality is also very important for the story. Personally, I think that it represents anyone who does not seek to open their eyes and understand the real meaning of this anime or the real face of humanity.

first i watched the anime. It was amazing!! But i never cried. Meybe it was because of the fact that my heart was filled with anger. I hated the people who went after Lucy cause all she wanted was the people to accet her. I was so sad when the anime was over so I decidet to read the manga ... well when u think tha anime is the best u have ever seen then i hardly recommend u to read the manga because u will find out what happend after the animes storyline ... besides ... THE MANGA made me cry!!
