People! It's just swedish. Basically the cheats are:

1. "testingcheatsenabled true" (or false when you turn it off) Hold the SHIFT button to make it work. You can do lots of stuff with this cheat. It is most visible when you hold shift then click on the mailbox. 2. "Motherlode" Gives you 50.000.

Instead of doing motherload 6million times for more money, you could just do this : type in " tesingcheatsenabled true " press " ctrl,shift and c " all together and then type in " familyfunds(space) (familys surname) and then 99999999 ( because thats the highest amount of money you could ever get)

now go shift+click on the mail box and you see a bunch of cheats

also with this cheat, you can drag relationship bars to maximum or to the very least

and you can bring your needs all the way to maximum by dragging them too

Alsowith the testing cheat you can click and drag the friendship/relationship bar - the green one to wherever you want. So you can select 'make me know everyone' on the mailbox and then, it takes a long time, be bestfriends with the entire town (you used to be able to do this on sims 2)

@kriskillerful To get a lot of friends you type into cheats menu testingcheatsenabled true then hold down the shift key and click on the mailbox, there will then be a spot that says "Make Friends for Me" or the "Make Me Know Everyone" click the friends one for a lot of friends. To teleport make sure you have the testingcheatsenabled true on and then hold down the shift key and click wherever you want to teleport to. Hope this helps :D
