That mole can be a signal of a tumor, which could be a signal of skin cancer. If you are out in the sun a lot (some people don't even have to be out a lot) and you develop a mysterious mole, you should get yourself checked for skin cancer.

SOME moles CAN be cancerous, Ask you're doctor. They can be removed by lasers these days but you know how American govornment likes to let people use shit that can really fuck you're body up. So think before doing anything rational like paying 10,000$ to get it removed by a laser and then die of some disease you most likely got from a laser removing a mole on you're body =/
