  • @luthermarx And I really do not take the guy seriously, the whole point of going to a gym is it is a controlled environment and minimises the risk of injury when strength training, his 'hardcore' exercise probably wouldn't kill you but that mentality is by no means safe. If you want flexibility, strength and to build muscles for more elastic movements, then combine the gym with a martial art, yoga, gymnastics, whatever. That's good. This is stupid.

  • @luthermarx Yeah it's a common side effect but it shouldn't be your fucking goal, it's not exactly a precise method is it? Better to follow regulations, you don't need to know all about physical training to know that, and yeah in case you didn't realise the YouTube comments section is a thread, you post something you're probably gonna get a response.     The gym doesn't offer a safer environment for training. There are a whole hell of a lot of injuries at the gym too. It is the person doing the exercising that matters. You don't need a fucking gym to train. . What the fuck do you think people did before the advent of weight machines and iron dumbbells, you arrogant fuck?

    Christ there is nothing fucking worse than assholes like you who think they are fucking experts fit to tell everyone what it is the right way.

  • In my opinion, the definition of cardiovascular training is simply the repetition of some movement(s) over a period of time to raise one's heart rate and keep it up for a while. Why confine yourself to only running or other conventional methods of training your cardiovascular system? Sure, I may do conventional methods from time to time, but I never stick to any one method for a while.

  • I like this style of training a lot. This is the type of stuff that truly makes you tough. I've been training my grip and forearms by wrestling with my dogs. I wrap a towel around my hand and play tug o' war with it. It makes my forearms burn after five minutes.

  • I like the idea of using rocks and kettlebells, but you have crazy catching ability, I would mess up badly, definately strong though, tossing that kettlebell around like that is definately impressive. I would still prefer static holds, CoC Grippers and Plate Pinches. Rather than focusing on getting better at catching I can quickly improve my grip with the weights.

  • u say its ur "version of cardio" but none of these exercises are aerobic. ur actually working ur anaerobic energy system with these exercises. there's no cardiovascular fitness involved.

  • ACtually it does make them shrink... temporarily... because it replaces your natural test that is made in your nuts... therefore your nuts shrink.. if you gradually and correctly come off the roids... the test comes back to normal levels and the nuts get bigger again
