The city music is very nice, but needs a little more bass in my opinoin and a bass drum. The trainer battle music is classic, but needs drums and a few more layers to make it sound more epic.
And plus, most of them are default from Ruby. So you're telling Game Freak that they have bad art skills, which are pretty good, since it's only a 2D game on the Gameboy Advance.
