  • 'The fucker' is scary, but not in the Malcolm or Jamie way. He just seems mentally unstable.

  • TOMHOLLANDERTOMHOLLANDERTOMHOLLANDER XD XD XD

  • Is this what you're threatening me with? Fucking disco lights and a fucking choo choo train?

  • waiting for VEEP on HBO, I ofcourse wont be watching it on HBO

  • CHOO FUCKING CHOO!

  • terri is so fucking good but always forgotten

  • "and then we are gonna take you down, take you down to Funkytown"

  • Oh my god, the Fucker... is REV?

  • " I can't work the coffee machine " at 5:34 xD

  • There's people who in the garden of Eden would moan about the lack of mobile reception

  • Olly I mean not Toby hes called Toby in In The Loop

  • I WANT A FUCKING CHOCOLATE BISCUIT. Oh my goodness I love Tom Hollander.

  • fuck me, i want new episodes. Any word on that?

  • @shittyfagg There will be another series but you'll have to wait awhile. They don't start filming till next year.

  • @shittyfagg "In an interview with The Guardian, he stated his idea was for Peter Mannion to have become a minister "but there will be someone from the other party in the coalition in his office, so a lot of the comedy will come from that tension between duplicated ministers."[6] Work began on the scripts in March 2011.[7] Shooting for the fourth series will commence in March 2012."

  • postponedlife's description is better

  • so... julius is mandelsson while malcom is alisatir campbell, right?

  • @HCAIVLIS Malcom is mostly Campbell while I've always seen Nicholson as more like John Birt (a special adviser to Blair who was literally brought in for his "blue sky thinking") and, in series 3, Lord Adonis. Steve Fleming is more like Mandelson, I think, in that he straddles the line between polite civility and arrogance/petulance. But even Malcolm was a little like Mandelson in the early episodes. Truth is, they're all composites of the "dark art" masters, turned up to 11.

  • @HCAIVLIS Tucker is campbell, Fleming is Mandelson

  • @j3parrots

aaah, i thought flemming mught be ed balls... he supposed to be very angry or something

  • @HCAIVLIS well at some point Toby says something like "wouldnt think he got us in power 3 time" i.e. the creation of New Labour, they are all a mixture of people anyway, no doubt a bit of Ed Balls in him aswell.

  • I love the bit at 7:27 when Julius realises what he has just unleashed

  • no show without malcolm. the fucker is a very pale imitation.

  • Who's Cal Richards based on?

  • you gotta give props to alex mcqueen who plays julius nicolson, he does a brilliant non sequiteuring, jargon spouting guru who obviously still knows how to pull in strings even if he can;t handle an outright confrontational Tucker onslaught. I think the actor himself is actally only still in his late twenties to early thirties but he does a middle aged mandarin very well.

  • I'd vote tory if Mannion was in my constituency.

  • @uploader10041986 haha! no, even if the tories have sexy voices, they're still going to screw you over.

  • 2:56 I like how the TV news still says that Malcolm Tucker has just resigned

  • 2:47 WAHAHAHA

  • Stuart is an utter cunt

    LOL

  • 5:16- Peter's face LOL

  • Aw Sam! She's so proud/happy Malcolm is back!

  • This should tell us all what a joke our so-called "democracies" are.

  • Is Tom Hollander playing the same character he played in 'In the Loop'?

  • @batmanofni different characters altoghether, Chris addison also plays the same type of character but has a different name, same with the guy that plays glen, he plays a minister in 'in the loop'

  • @batmanofni It really doesn't seem like it does it :/

  • @batmanofni No

  • @batmanofni No, he was SoS for International Development. In this he's just a shit scary spin doctor.

  • What I really need to do is shoot you all in the back of the fucking head, but I can't because it's illegal.

  • Oh Tom Hollander - the scariest little package of hell that you can imagine. And yet an utter failure

  • the world's scariest denitst... fire up the midrange saloons

  • is this what you're threatening me with? fucking disco lights and a train?"

    hahahah

Hidden hightlight gem is the massive smile on Sam's face after Tuckers speech at the end.....you can feel the love and admiration she feels for him hahahah...shows Malcolms side of humanity for someone like her to respect him.

  • watched series 1 2 and 3 over the last couple days. absolutely fucking brilliant. please tell me more episodes are in the works!

i love how malcolm gets the sack, only to return shortly after and take full advantage of the ensuing chaos. like he himself had said earlier, he is the self-resurrecting lazarus. fucking masterful.

  • @HammarHeart There's a fourth series coming later this year. I've done the same as you - whizzed through the series very quickly

  • @HammarHeart Next season starts shooting in March. It's going to be based around a coalition government

  • @HammarHeart There is a new series scheduled for march 2012, but it is possible it will new moved back to august

  • 7.49 One 6 frames long shot of Sam and it kills me. What incredible writing.

  • Ah how we all miss Tom and The Nutters now, with The Fucker and some irrelevant back stabbing doe eyed winging power hungry shite, in charge instead.

  • "fire up the mid-range saloons!"

  • the thick of it has no reference to the lib dems, however.

  • @rfreak Who?

  • Hi. American here...not sure exactly what is going on in this part of episode. could anyone give out a breif explanation about whatever the PM is doing?

  • @marqcoig

its basically a take on how the opposition were calling and calling for the election and the PM (gordon "im a fat wanker" brown known as Tom in this) kept putting it off until he could consolidate his power. So he picked a seemingly random date to announce the election and chaos ensued.

  • @marqcoig Another thing to keep in mind is that election dates here aren't etched in stone like they are in America. Theoretically the PM can call a general election at any time. The 'term limits' are five years from one general election to the next, but since it's not set in stone, they can wait until the perfect moment to do what ch1mpanzeethat described.

  • @marqcoig First up, you don't see the PM. Second, he's busted and not even a candidate - just like the late unlamented Gordon Brown. Third, everything works by spin doctors - so Malcolm runs the new Labour show and Stuart and then the Fucker run the Tory one. (In the UK Tory and Labour are just different names for the same thing, though they mutually maintain the pretence of being different). It makes no difference who wins because they are merely aspects of the same fuck egg.

  • The proud look on Sams face

  • Sad to watch this now, knowing that The Fucker is in power.

  • I'd fuck Sam.

  • Cal Richard looks like he's been dubbed. I'm sure he's at least half animated.

  • Aww. Anyone else happy Sam got her job back cos Malcolm returned? Now she can get back to crucifying people with ten-foot pot plants.

  • I love when Sam brings Malcolm's suit in!

  • LOL "Simon Foster" is the Fucker. Brilliant!! except now hes Cal Richards and competent

  • LOL Simon Foster is the Fucker. Brilliant!!

  • Capaldi looking fucking sharp in that suit at 6:40 onwards.

  • The fucker man, he comin'. He comin' to your town.

  • Sam looked elated to have Malcolm back :D

  • The Fucker really isn't that scary, is he?

  • @GallagherWellerBrown Well they're all politicians, they're not really that scary at all.

    More like kids with power.

  • @Maddolis The Fucker's not a politician. MAlcolm's scary, though, isn't he??

  • Sooooo....a career in politics anyone?

  • could you find a hostle, go there, and take a fucking overdose of barbituates

  • FUNKY TOWN CENTRE HERE YOU COME!

  • Why were Ollie and Glen fired?

  • @belisariusorb

They weren't fired, they're just not certain of the future so had been looking for jobs.

  • @ch1mpanzeethat OK, I thought they both got fired for their part in the Crime Stats debacle in the previous episode. Thanks for replying

  • @belisariusorb Because the old Goverment lost the election
