Nagma is unique ( 4th and 5th beats are more silent than usual nagmas)and ustadji at first seems little concerned but being such a gifted musician adjusts very gracefully. wah...nagma player is unique..love it..

Tari Khan is great but he strictly does solo stuff. He doesn't match well when it comes to playing with other instruments.

i disagree with you, he is an amazing soloist and accompaniment artist, most of the videos on you tube show ustad ji with huge bursts but they are only like two minute videos and showing the part where most artists give their tabla players time to play some hardcore stuff.

The most amazing solo I ever heard was a 90 minute high speed solo from Tari Khan. He is undoubtedly the world's best soloist... Ustad Zakir Hussein is my favorite tho

My old tabla teacher gave me a burned cd of this solo.

He wrote 'unforgetable event' by Ustad Tari Khan on the cd. I have no idea where you can buy the cd... sorry
