One important thing to help with is getting corporate sponsorships for university students who take the Teach for Pakistan initiative. While I was in college in the US, guys and girls who opted for Teach for America were guaranteed prestigious jobs by the private sector upon them completing the two year program. That really incentivized students to take the plunge since the downside of losing out on a job was covered. Such a sweetner can really round off the success of this initiative.

This is a fantastic initiative. I have read about the overwhelming success of Teach for America and TeachFirst, UK and met people involved with Teach for India. The Teach For scheme/franchise is one of the most innovative to address grass roots education and I feel can make a major difference.
