I used to play this game alot but sold my xbxo to buy a bmx bike. Im getting another xbox bcuz I recently broke my leg. SHould I get this game or COD 3?

The MW2 campaign was disappointing. The plot of the game felt like it had been ripped out of one of the most far fetched Hollywood movies of all time. The campaign was short and I really didn't care about any of the new characters. At times the campaign could be frustrating, but it was fun nonetheless. The AC130 and the campers ruined a lot of the enjoyment of the multiplayer. The multiplayer is a lot of fun though. It's still an overrated game.
I love mw2 It is still one of my most played games. It has its up and downs (TUBES!!!!!!!!) but it was fun game. I liked the campaign, spec ops was fun for awhile and multilayer is still a blast. Luckily black ops took most of the tubers/campers with them so now instead of every 4.5/5 games having tubes I usually have 2/5 I still love this game and I cant wait for MW3
@aidenmccloskey this game was absolute awesome. black ops sucks. slow missions, no sniping level in a supposedly "black ops" game, bugs crawling in every level and cutscene not to mention that about half the time playing is watching long cutscenes.
@theloopholeisntaahol seriously? the whole point is to get the enemy without them ever knowing. i was expecting this game to be spooky and covert, either sniping or gutting your enemy from behind like the last level in MW2 when you infiltrate Hotel bravo. instead this game was a muddy mix of World at War with a cold war setting. not to mention the bugs.......
@deveousdevil Black Ops had better multiplayer and a hell of a lot more modes than MW 2. Both campaigns were average, however the Black Ops campaign was longer. There's nothing to brag about when it comes to MW 2. I didn't care about any of the new characters from MW 2. The only characters I really cared about were the characters from COD 4. The plot was for the MW 2 campaign was terrible. Oh and Black Ops had zombies.
I don't get what was horrible bout the campain it was to michael bayish? Uhh ok. It was confusing? Did you even pay attention to the story, it aint that confusing its really simple and easy. I thought it was fun. Black ops got boring as hell that is my problem with it. Zombies is and was its only redeemable feature in my eyes.

The plot was completely far fetched and very hard to believe. The new characters that were introduced in MW 2 weren't interesting. The campaign was very short. I didn't enjoy it. Black Ops is slowed down in order to tell the story. I didn't find it boring at all. I found it very interesting. The Cold War is an interesting subject. They did a good job IMO

@OrdoMallius The graphics were very good, excellent actually. They still are. The levels had altitude, multiple floors, something new to CoD that this reviewer has obviously never seen. Finally, when playing on veteran on Spec Ops or Campaign, it's not going to be terribly easy. It's okay to hate on MW2, but those are the wrong reasons.
I am not HATING it to say it's just that he praises some things that are average at best. He obviously knows nothing about level design. That same level design turned COD into a campfest. And AI is just plain old bad and the only time it kills you is when it's cheating.
@SpartanFenix22 if ur in it for multiplayer (really the main reason to buy it) this is what to expect after you get used to all the overpowered Killstreaks guns and attachments it is fun... if u have fun with the call of duty gameplaye you will like this although no matter how good of a player you are you will sometimes want to kill youself over how much you are dyeing

also battlefield is the same,its how it works. new guns,maps,vehicles, story. big maps as usual. of course its needed. new time era(maybe, i dont know). and anyway what do really have to do other than play multiplayer(are they going to add something). @OrdoMallius The graphics were very good, excellent actually. They still are. The levels had altitude, multiple floors, something new to CoD that this reviewer has obviously never seen. Finally, when playing on veteran on Spec Ops or Campaign, it's not going to be terribly easy. It's okay to hate on MW2, but those are the wrong reasons.

And you can't say it's the worst since it's opinionated... You only stated problems with multiplayer, single player and split screen in that game are badass.
