Her singing style is so spellbounding!! So thererfore, she should have been as big as Whitney Houston. Further, she was living proof that a tall girl does not always have to be a basketball player. Instead she can be a singer, and almost at the end of this performance, you can tell she loved singing!!

@celestialpathway Read her biography and she worked with Clive Davis before Whitney but did not listen to him and posed nude in a men's magazine back around 83 or so and ruined her relationship with him and Arista (in fact Clive didn't want her in Sophisticated Lady either). Phyllis had a bi polar disorder and messed up her chance to be in a Spielberg film The Color Purple and to make money in Las Vegas performing live because she had an altercation with Bill Cosby.
