I just noticed that at 1:04 Link had the divine shield, but at 4:02 to the rest of the cutscene he has the Sacred Shield.

basically this is ganon's original form, he was originally Demise but then he said his hatred with be reincarnated, which is when we get ganon, that's why ganon keeps coming back, link and zelda have the same idea as well, even if link and zelda die, another incarnation of them will be born

Ganon / Ganondorf is Demise´s hatred "mortal form". As Demise curses Link, he means that his hatred will still live on, as a person, entwined in the fate of the endless cycle of Link and Zelda. Thats it.
