I hate Adam Lambert because he's got a terrible voice and he seems conceited and self-obsessed. I'm not offended by what he did since I'm not upset by stupid celebrities but it doesn't surprise me that he'd resort to doing something "shocking" for attention ince tha was basically how he got in American Idol.
Well I didn't see the awards, but that kind of performance would have been too much for primetime like you said. I think they (network execs) should have artists sign agreements that they will not do things that will cause friction or controversy on the show when they are up to perform. If they do, then apply a monetary fine on them.
No problem with performance but his vocal was shockingly horrible. However, I agree that many people would outrage with that because of the values of society.
Ya... everybody's talking about it and I really don't know why. Ya, the performance was forcefully tacky, he face-planted walking up a set of stairs and his voice sounded terrible. That's what made the performance bad.
I totally don't get all this prudish stuff people are getting into though. Get over it? He made out with someone and simulated sex? Seriously? Turn off your tv then. There's much worse on a whole variety of channels. However, It was definitely terrible...
