This is indeed a scene from the first film of the great Russian/Ukrainian director Kira Muratova "Korotkie vstrechi" ("Short Encounters"), filmed in 1967. Muratova herself acts in the movie, and she is the woman here in the clip. There is a lot more of Vysotsky's songs in the movie. All the films by Muratova are very good, btw.

it is a clip from Korotkie Vstrechi - first song is "dela" and the second is "v vatikane proshol melkii dozhdechik"
