@lunaofthemoon1 what you bought was corn meal and no it's not the same as corn starch (AKA corn flour in the UK I guess). You use the yellow grain corn meal to make corn bread or polenta. You can find corn starch in the baking section of any grocery store, usually right next to the baking soda. Hope this helps.
i have a question, i tried a recipe similar to this a few months ago and i had to search for a week before i finally got cornflour but it is yellow and had a rough texture is ti the same thing because it did not work out well XD
Thanks for this tutorial, I will definitely try it out :) I've heard that you can use moisturizing cream/lotion and and it will keep it from sticking to your hands and the table.
the thing i luv bout this vid the most is when u knead it.... *SQUISH SQUISH* :D the recipe is awesome too but when u knead it in the beginning, it looks like a bun bun wit coconut covered xD
@ReyuRabbidRabbit I have tried using cooking oil, but it turned out dry and was not able to be shaped.. as far as I know only baby oil works /: If you try it out let me know how it goes (:
awesome your from the UK! same, and i make charms too..cool :)
can you answer this question though, when you first make it and you wrap it up and its warm should i put it in the fridge or keep it out, and use it when its cooled (obviously wrapped up!)
@TruffleCharms Haaaha, I know, its a kind of rarity to find English people on youtube :P When I make mine, I just keep it out of the fridge, I dont know how it would react being in there, sorry! (:
@TheKdog20000 I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, take it out and stir it in between. I do this 3 times unless it needs more (still sticky/wet) (:
