@cyris1998 - Your Lightspeed Pro's come with a molded holder and runner. You must replace the entire holder/runner combo. It would more than likely be less expensive to get new skates all together.

Should have a disclaimer on here, the method depends on the make and vintage of the runner. I have Nike Bauer skates that are about 7 years old, so not ancient, and if you tried this technique you'd ruin your casings (because it would come part way off, making you think you're succeeding, then after you broke some pieces you'd realise there was a second nut and screw at the front).
Its all well and good doing this but what about Graf,CCm,mission and older Bauer (to name a few ) skates theres way more than one way to change a skate runner so it kinda makes this video a bit pointless unless you show them all
I can see where your coming from but surely bauer still do some skates with the old tuuk custom + runners it would be really useful and much appreciated if you could show people how to get at the front bolt of these as it can be very hard to get to
oh you'd be surprised i love the old bauer supremes and i'm quite sure i'm not the only one if 5000 supremes are good enough for paul kariya then why not everyone else oh and to CypressXJ have you tried getting to the front bolt its usualy so far in the toecap its very hard to get to without special tools .not trying to start anything just pointing these things out

@cyris1998 - What model skates do you have? Some of the introductory model skates have a molded one piece runner/holder and cannot be replaced.

@billboy1616 They don't need to show all the methods, but at least say which skates or blade types this works for.
