yes i have studied thm but my main focus was on vertical hand off and equipment identification ......... that how can we recognize an equipment perior to its acssess to aplications he/she using n also during vertical hand off ........ but we can say ... i felt the there was no enough suport tht we can see it happing or get any technical suport on this working ... also thr is no semilator wr a student can do such things ....
