Re- was the rear loco powering.....Answer NO....This was the Felixstowe to Tilbury working filmed during the time when it was booked top and tail due to diversions. A clue that the rear loco is shut down is the tail lamp stuck on the back.
I would imagine they use the those 4 legged cranes on rail wheels similar to the ones on the C4 intro's or as shown in "The Wire" when they showed the docks.

Was the rear loco providing power, or being towed dead? I couldn't tell with the background noise.

lol I was counting the containers and got to 40 when you skipped a few seconds
I counted once a 60 container Train near Tilbury

You can carry on counting as I did not leave out any containers, I only edited it for time when the train stopped.

My guess is it came from a port like Harwich or Felixstowe & will go round the North London Line to Willesden Junction depot for distribution?
