Thank you! I have done body for life for over a year and my arms became huge. My husband started calling me "the tank". I was benching 65lbs. While I liked the feeling of power and being able to beat my 6ft 200lb husband at arm wrestling, I didn't care too much for the large arms I created on my 5'3 figure.. So I'm glad to know they are not permanent! I'll definitely take your advice! Thanks!
I guess this is the typical response of a dumbass who doesn't understand big words and is intellectually outmatched. Please, don't waste your time trying to give me advice. Focus on getting my order right when I pass by the drive-thru next time.
Haha okay buddy. I am actually a professional personal trainer and physical therapist. I am in top physical condition. I swim 25 miles a week and lift weights. I have actually never worked at a fast food place. The worst job I have had is working as a lifeguard. I know I am such a fucking loser!
its good you are in fit physical condition. i don't like soft/fat people. i was just getting defensive cuz i thought the initial comment was directed at me, and i just can't stand ignorance. sorry if i unduly offended you bro.
@HyeDavMon hey since u know alot aobut muscle can u tell me something i am only 14 if i build muscle's now would i not be able to grow tall some people say the wieght will bring u down from growing tall
little rest between sets and higher reps (upwards of 20) is an excellent way to incite sarcoplasmic muscular hypertrophy which is exactly what bodybuilders want to do
women, unless they are using anabolic steroids, do not need to be worried about gaining too much muscle to the point of looking unpleasant. case in point: some of most dedicated weightlifting gym rats I have worked out with have been strippers, and we all know how unpleasant they look, right?
dude more reps burns fat and tones muscle, it doesn't necessarily build muscle. high weight low reps is the best way for building muscle, cuz what happens when your body has more resistance, is the muscle tears and protein goes to the torn muscles and builds it back up, resulting in stronger and bigger muscles.
Why don't you actually look up "sarcoplasmic hypertrophy" like a good little lad and leave the actual theorizing to the people like me, who haven't been labotomized. You see, I haven't encountered any papers yet citing your "protein goes to the torn muscle and builds it back up" theory in pubMed.
What is laughable about your reply is that my comment clearly shows greater understanding of physiology, yet you still attempt to lecture me. That doesn't make sense, now does it?
wow... you sound like a dickhead, but there's absolutely no point in arguing over the internet. okay excuse me, the muscle tears and protein helps the fucking muscle heal faster. everything else i said is right.
i think it's bullshit that you think you're better than me because i made a small mistake. so why don't you go on with your life and, if at all possible, stop being a asshole. or go ahead and reply with a cockyass sarcastic little comment, i'm sure it will be even better.
how much time between raps? what is a short amount of time there?
