I saw discharge on this tour at sheffield leadmill in 91,it was so good i went to nottingham a couple of days later for another dose,ok it was not old style discharge,but to have cal screaming his lungs out at you live made it worth its weight in gold,this tour was not to be missed take it from someone who was there.

I saw their 'return' gig from USA at the Clarendon Hammersmith, they played rubbish poodle rock songs and wouldn't do early stuff. the venue was set on fire and there was a mini riot. A lot of upset punks 'humbugging' on the tube home.

At the gig 'GOD TOLD ME TO DO IT' gave out flyers with 'DISCRACE- the joke from Stoke' and a photo of them with poodle hairstyles on them. funny memory.

I remember when Discharge changed their direction, and Maximum RocknRoll printed that they would not review any more of their albums if they sounded so slowed down/metal. Most punk bands changed their sound in the mid 80s. This is when I started listening to Industrial groups like Manufacture & Skinny Puppy/Ministry.
