disappointing video. it took her two minutes to talk about something my mother in law tought me in under a minute. didn't this girl see/edit her own video before she posted it on the web?
Yes, hard to see what she is doing - the captions are not necessary. She has good knowledge. Unfortunately, the viewer can't share in it due to poor video shots.
@puppylove874 "jog"? Please try to be mature about posting and if you spell correctly and use good grammar, we might be able to understand your comments. I agree my comment was blunt, but I stand by it in saying that it is useless. When a project is being demonstrated, we need to be able to SEE the project and what it is that's being demonstrated. This is a visual medium, as well as audio, but primarily, someone is producing a VISUAL demonstration - that's why it's called V-I-D-E-O.
Good tips, etc but I totally agree we couldn't see absolutely anything! Not only use a darker thread but get the camera MUCH closer. Obviously the camera person didn't know much about sewing. Also, usually when you sew things you have to go much closer to the edges of fabric, this is the info I was looking for, but didn't get.
Aloha, I agree w/ orangejuice198 , I would suggest for Candy's DP to fim over her shoulder and do mostly all close ups, and Candy hun...if your going to sew on light fabric , please for the videos purpose , use a dark colors thread so we can see the stiches better...thank you for all your advice though...I would just help your DP get into a better postion when you are at your machine...btw, DP =director of photography
to bad you cant see the work better, will be looking for better qualitiy videos on how to do things

All you have to do to get rid of the captions is double click on the small red cc button just below the video and it will disappear.
